We are so glad you enjoyed your vacation home location and cleanliness! Our deepest apologies for the unforeseen short-term roofing repairs that occurred during your stay. It was for installing ice dams on the roof. They were not scheduled through us, and we were not aware the project was happening during your stay or as soon as we knew about it, we would have requested the contractors stop working during your stay. Thank you so much for reporting the leak in the second bathroom; it has been repaired. Regarding contacting our guest services team, typically guests rave about how responsive our team is and how easy it is to contact us. We would really appreciate learning more about your experience with contacting our team to improve our service levels. We hope you can join us again in Ouray.
