Peaceful and serene, quiet location with empty lot next door. Dog Friendly! Fully stocked 3 bedroom 2 bath on private quiet 46 acre Lake Bragonier no wake and no public access. We are right off Hwy 70 near Elmer's Go-karts, 7 miles from Eagle River 3 miles from St. Germain. Fresh cut free firewood for campfires. Amazing view of lake from sun room, patio, and living room sitting area. Our max occupancy is 4 adults and 4 children under the age of 18. approval needed for more 4146599513 Home has WI-FI.
Free 14ft fishing boat with trolling motor and spare battery in shed on charger. 2 new kayaks 2 new stand up paddleboards, 1 canoe and 1 four person paddleboat. Fishing poles, tackle and more can be provided upon your request. The fishing is great from the pier.
Gas grill with propane, Weber grill with charcoal and lighter fluid, family games and puzzles, kids closet full of books and games, 4 relaxer chairs, outdoor dining patio table with four chairs. 4 bag chairs in shed. Lake shed has towels, PFDs, fishing poles/tackle, battery charger, spare battery. Each bedroom has new window air conditioner. Fan in living room and patio. We welcome dogs only for additional fee of $35 Per dog per night. Mattress replaced in master bedroom in September 2021 Simmons beauty rest medium/firm. Our lake home passed the mandatory fire inspection by Eagle River fire department July 2024 and Vilas County Health inspection. Our tourist and rooming license, health department inspection permit, and fire inspection permit are posted in the home.

Great Escape!!!

We drove 4.5 hours to completely ENJOY our stay at this very well-stocked cabin!!!! What a great VRBO-Find this was for us! Roberta was such a great communicator, with so many great initial tips when booking this property, to allowing us in early before check in, and then so very helpful with tips on the best Bait shops nearby, a crockpot for making chili, & how-to's with the fun amazing water toys they provide. Fishing was so fun, even right from the dock! We nick-named the local Eagle who visited trees by us each day, Edna :) And we loved the other wild life of owls hooting across the lake & deer visiting every day. THANK YOU so much Roberta for sharing your awesome cabin! We enjoyed every second and can't wait to come back another time.

Fabulous!

We really enjoyed all the things available to do at the house. There were so many, we couldn’t do them all. The view from the house is breathtaking, and the lake was so quiet and peaceful. We hope to return!!

Best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in

Beautiful private lake "up north" with all the amenities!

We loved our stay here on the lake this week. We had 4 adults and 3 boy cousins along (as well as our 2 labs) and had a fantastic time. The lake was so lovely and our hosts provided so many water toys along with a fishing boat, pedal boat, etc. We tried them all! We definitely hope to return again soon to this beautiful place "up north"!

Lake Life Perfection!

Perfectly clean. It has all household supplies and lake toys you’d want or need. Comfortable beds. Great communication from owner. Not a single negative to share.

Guys Winter Getaway

This property was spot on with the description. Access to EVERYTHING even the garage! VERY CLEAN! Plenty of room! Close to the trails. Owners are phenomenal with communication from the the start of reservation to the day after!! Family oriented. Will definitely book with again for another trip.

A Must Stay

This location should be on everyone's radar. Beautiful location. Clean, modern interior with more amenities than I have ever seen. We are talking candles and Kleenex boxes everywhere. We were not lacking for a thing. And, all the outdoor lake toys you could hope for. The exterior campfire pit is a plus - I love campfires. The hosts are extremely easy to work with and attentive to any needs you may have - which we didn't have.

Wonderful stay!

This property is wonderful. The view of the quiet lake is amazing. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable with new linens. We cooked all of our meals at the house and didn't miss anything. Roberta has thought of everything that you could need while staying at a vacation rental. Being able to use the row boat and kayaks was especially nice. Very quiet area, yet only a 5-10 minute drive to Eagle River. Roberta is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We would love to come again and 100% recommend this property.

Can't wait to come back

It was one of our best vrbo experiences. The house is super clean. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of. The lake is not big but beautiful and serine. Very nice boat is included. All the above was expected. What was above and beyond - the way house is stocked with with bedding and towels, books and board games, sport equipment, even toys for children. We felt more like house guests than tenants. Roberta is the best host. We arrived late Sunday afternoon and asked her where to get night crawlers for morning fishing. She got and brought them to us, no charge. We usually make at least 2 gets away each year to Wisconsin Northern Woods. Never visited same place twice. We can't wait to come to this house again next summer. And we'll bring the family.

nice quiet place

nice older cottage. Easy to find place. Pretty high off the water on a hill may be a problem for older persons. The lake was nice and quiet . We only saw a few boats. We caught some fish off the dock . Overall really clean place, friendly chipmunks all over the place. thanks !

Quiet getaway

We spent a week here, and would do so again! It was everything we were looking for. Perfect location, close enough to things if you wanted them, but the feeling of the deep north back at camp. Wildlife abounds, fishing is good, and the view is beautiful. We recommend this to anyone who wants peace and quiet.

Beautiful location and gracious hostess

The house, neighborhood, and lake are gorgeous! Having the kayaks & gear and a pedal/paddle boat available to guests was super convenient. The dock has a lovely bench for quiet mornings on the lake. Although one of ten houses on the lake, we never saw nor heard anyone else. Extremely peaceful and relaxing! The bed in the master bedroom was way too soft for us, so we needed to leave a day early for the sake of our backs, but everything else was lovely! Well-stocked kitchen/bathrooms/laundry room was beyond any vacation home we'd ever stayed in before. It has more of a feeling of house sitting in someone's beautiful home rather than a "bare bones" vacation rental where you need to bring your own everything. Roberta is highly responsive and helpful.

Relaxing stay on the lake

We had a great time at this property. Beautiful view, private lake. Caught lots of fish with boat provided. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Property owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. Loved staying here and hope to do so again soon!

Quiet get away

Relaxing week stay, quiet lake site. Plenty of water equipment proved to enjoy the lake. Daily visits by deer, loons, and bald eagles. Clean, well maintained comfortable house, well stocked kitchen. Will make a return visit.

Just What We Needed

What a relaxing quiet retreat! We enjoyed every minute of our stay here! The house was clean, fully stocked with everything one would need. Roberta was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beautiful little lake to enjoy in a kayak, boat or just sitting on the dock enjoying an evening. Excellent biking/hiking trails near by. Perfect!

Comfortable Home on Quiet Lake

Exactly what we were looking for

Quiet, picturesque lakefront property. Small lake, so few homes on it, but great fishing and swimming. Location was absolutely perfect as it’s situated between downtown St. germain and eagle river. Property manager was extremely friendly. We would absolutely return!

Excellent vacation home for a quiet getaway

This is an amazing place if you want to get away with loved ones for a quiet time together. It is so quiet that as we relaxed in the backyard overlooking the lake, and two eagles flew right over us and one landed in the tree above us. The no wake lake is perfect for swimming, kayaking and fishing. The sand bottom has a few lily pads, however nothing to stop us from enjoying it. And the warm was warm for the beginning of June. As for the fishing, we were catching northern and bass off of the pier! A great lake for catch and release! The 42 acre lake does not have a public access, so only the few homes on the lake are there. It is only a few minutes away from downtown St Germain, so if you forgot anything - it's right down the street. However this home is so well stocked, it had everything we needed. We are already looking at the calendar for dates next year!

Beautiful and peaceful, one with the nature

Me andy family went here for Memorial day weekend 2021, Very nice place, quiet and peaceful, perfect for creating family memories, the house itself was very nice and roomy, house have 3 big bedrooms, enough to sleep one big family of 8 😁 it was well prepared with all the kitchen supplies, the outdoor was also well ready for grilling and bonfires with extra wood on the side, well equipped with the water fun activities, 2 boats, one with trolling motor and 2 batteries, 2 fishing kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards. With all that said we definitely we would rent this place again for our another getaway Holliday weekend

Everything we were looking for and more

This property was excellent! Hands down one of the best places that I have rented before. The house itself is very nice very comfortable beds and furnishings. The owners thought of everything to include even spare toiletries and basic kitchen essentials like coffee and spices. They set up everything in a way that is extremely warm And welcoming. Roberta was great and very communicative you could really tell that she put a lot of work into the place and wanted to do everything that she could to make sure that we had a great time. The backyard and the lake were amazing. It was such a relief to not be able to hear cars or planes flying overhead constantly. It really makes you the feel like you are more secluded. We loved that it included the boats all that we used worked great the dock was nice and stable. We had a pair of loons right off the dock our first night there and we saw bald eagles every day. It was definitely a treat to see them fly about 10 feet over your head while We was fishing. The fishing on the lake was great we caught blue gill, northern pike, crappie, and largemouth bass. one largemouth that was about 3-4lbs. There isn’t really one thing that I can say that I didn’t like about the property we liked it so much that we didn’t even really feel the need to do too much exploring in the area cause everything that we wanted to do was right there. We’re looking forward to another trip up there.
