This is a quiet neighborhood directly on the ocean, very close to great restaurants,
shopping, parks, large supermarket, night clubs etc.

Many very expensive ($10, $20 million and even $40 mil) apartments right in this small part of South Beach. 5 minute walk to world famous Ocean Drive restaurants and tourism spots. Also great shopping like Armani Exchange, Zara Equinox Gym etc.

15 minute ride to Wynwood, Downtown Miami, Miami Heat, the new Perez Art Museum and Design District.

Great stay

Stunning beach views and location was perfect. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of closet space.

Perfect spot.

This is exactly what my wife and I needed. Great communication with property owner. This is the quiet section of South Beach.

Great Location!

Apartment was nice but, the property is slightly dated. Access to the beach was easy and excellent. Wish the pool was better kept. It would have been great to swim, but overall great value and location.

Miami getaway

Loved the location, ted was amazing, the apartment was great, it just could've used a few more glasses etc. This is our second time to rent in the building and would love to do so again

Ted is awesome!

This area has something for everyone. Ted manages this property very, very well. Ted is amazing! Super available, extremely fast response and amazingly helpful. This beach is definitely in my top five and probably pretty high on that list as well. Some tips i wish i understood better instead of having to figure out on the fly. (But again, ted was there at a moments notice to help us thru). 1. Everything is within walking distance. And i mean everything! Good thing because there’s no parking at this location. If you drive in, get with ted for a parking pass. Otherwise, you will be searching for a spot to park (and there’s no free parking). You can unload at the front door, but then you have to park somewhere (may be a handful of streets over). SUGGESTION, take an uber to this location and skip the car. It really isn’t needed. But get with ted if you have one. (Did i mention he was awesome?) 2. Don’t pay for umbrellas and chairs on the beach. There is a card at this location that all you need to do is show the card to the beach people for your free umbrella and chairs. Saves you 45 bucks a day and it’s usable each day that you’re there. Your time is your own, nobody will look at you funny if you’r holding your three year old ‘s hand walking down the sidewalk at 11pm. Or at the splash park watching all the ginormous crews lines coming and going. This place is full of life and one of the best beaches out there.

The condo and its location are great! It’s so close to the beach and so many restaurants. Ted was quick to respond to questions and provided many suggestions for great restaurants and things to do & see nearby. We would definitely book this condo again.

Great location!

This is an older property but our unit was very clean and very nicely decorated! The biggest plus for us was the proximity to beautiful South Beach! We wouldn’t hesitate staying there in the future.

Great location … totally underwhelmed by property

Nothing like the photos .. stayed for 1 hour only to find another place to stay passed comments too manager he disagrees with my thoughts on the property so I’ll leave you to guess Won’t use Vrbo again

Great location!

This property is extremely well located in the south part of South Beach, away from noise and traffic but within walking distance of so much! It is located at the beach-facing end of an upper floor with great views of the ocean. The owner is extremely communicative and helpful, ensuring that all was well and recommending a number of good restaurants and things to do. The only negative would be that the apartment could use a bit of what I would call a "woman's touch"...small things like wine glasses, perhaps just a few minor decorative touches and a bit more cleanliness (e.g. comforter, bathroom floor mat, a few spiders), but this did not detract from what was a very enjoyable stay.

Beach escape

The condo is clean and comfortable, with great views of the beach and perfect for catching the morning sunrise. We loved the ease of walking out of the building (through the pool) and being directly on the beach. The condo is close to everything you could need, and is set in a more quiet part of South Beach. Some nights we cooked at the condo and others we went out --Ted sent excellent restaurant recommendations and suggestions about the area. Ted was a wonderful host and was also very quick to answer any questions. We would definitely return!

Fun and Sun

This location is great! The beach is right out the back door so there is no long walk with beach stuff. You are also in walking distance of everything you could ever want: shopping, grocery, restaurants, clubs, etc. I felt very at home here, when we walked into the condo every time it felt like we were coming home. Ran into Ted and he was amazing! Gave us lots of suggestions before we got there and even fixed a problem we didn't even inform him about! He is on top of making the experience great for his guest. I have been home 3 days and ready to come back to the condo!

Fantastic beachfront located property

Ted is an incredible host. Very easily reachable and does actually go above and beyond to make sure his guests are satisfied. He is a pleasure to speak to and deal with. He understands what professionalism and customers service means. As such, this will make staying in Miami next time even easier with him. Having the ability to walk downstairs and be right at the beach is a prized feature for vacation stays. We were overall happy, and we would definitely stay with Ted again.

Gem in south beach

Awesome apartment in a fantastic location! I especially appreciated the amazing views of the pool, beach and ocean right from the bedroom and living room. The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. Plenty of wonderful restaurants, a Starbucks, shops and bars are a very short walk away, even a large supermarket and a Whole Foods. Modern kitchen was well appointed and allowed me to dine in when I wanted to enjoy the view. The super comfortable king bed was a welcome addition. Best of all was the world class beach just behind the apartment. This part of Miami Beach is pretty quiet, but you can walk just two blocks and be in the middle of all the action.Ted was very accomodating, offered many great local recommendations and all went smoothly. Can't wait to return.
