Beach Studio 229 with a pool and beach backyard - Is a private studio apartment (220 sq ft) with a queen bed and a queen pull out sofa bed, with private bathroom and kitchenette located in the best Neighborhood in South Beach (South of Fifth)

The design is inspired by a tiny home. Private Studio which includes 1 private bathroom and kitchenette with laundry facility in the common corridor.
The lobby of building, hallway with laundry machines and pool area are common areas. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using the private beach pass card provided with your stay.

We do have a place to store your bags and personal belongings before and after check in if need be.

Quiet and lush with greenery situated on the 7 mile Beach Walk but CLOSE to the best restaurants and Miami night life, also close to South Point Pier and Miami Beach Marina, building is situated beachfront on one of the most beautiful stretch of Miami Beach and South Beach. We had a great value for what we paid. We enjoyed the beach thoroughly, as well as easy access to the causeway. We had great beach access, pool, & parking, It was quiet at night. We had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great. She was patient with us as we got in later than expected. If we come to Miami Beach again, we would definitely stay here again.

The location is supreme right on the ocean and short walk to the main strip of South Beach. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. They were also accommodating to help us hold our bags until our flight on our last day.

Excellent stay! Great communication and a very clean apartment! Location is perfect, beach is right behind property! The included beach chairs and umbrella is also a great value, rentals for these are very pricey on the beach. Lots of basic cooking equipment available (microwave, kettle, coffee make, electric griddle, pots, pans). The host also left bottled water, which was much appreciated after spending time at the beach. I also appreciate that the host provided directions to take the bus from the airport, 2.25 was much better than paying for a taxi/ Uber. Thanks again for the stay, I hope to return

We had a wonderful stay! The host was excellent with communication and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable—even helping us try to find someone to jump our car. The location truly can’t be beat—just steps from the beach! The space was clean, convenient, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This location was 1 block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, which I absolutely loved. The property was clean and the check in/out process was easy. Anita's communication was top tier and she always communicated in a timely manner and was very accommodating. The property even comes with beach chairs and umbrella rental. I will definitely stay here again.
