Staid here for New Years. Great location, clean place, really nice it has a full kitchen. Marcos was really responsive and ver easy to work with. Will stay here again.

Pictures of the place were deceiving. Very noisy st night time. Peeling paint on ceiling and taped up vents. Didn’t realize 2 beach chairs under the bed. 2 light bulbs out over the bathroom sink. Soap dispensers in shower 1/4 full and the conditioner one didn’t work. Bureau draws would not stay closed. Had to pay for washer and dryer which is not in description. The only good thing was it was close to the beach and plenty of stores and restaurants and the hosts was good on responding quickly. Also the beach cooler was disgusting and the tea pot had stagnated water in it. Was really disappointed.

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip! The condo had everything we needed (and the best AC) at a great price and there is lots to do within walking distance. The public parking garage nearby was great and there is a loading zone right out front of the condo that we used when we first arrived. The host is AMAZING and very communicative! I will absolutely stay here again if I return to Miami Beach.

Easy check-in, listing exactly as described, and the place was perfectly stocked with what we needed for a fun and relaxing week. The location was excellent- just a few blocks away from the beach and shops/restaurants. The property owner was kind and responded promptly. Can’t wait to come back!

The condo was small (think studio) but updated and clean. Perfect as a crashing pad if you don't spend alot of time indoors. Parking was almost non existent unless you want to spend some money for an all night parking garage. The condo doesn't have dedicated parking.

Appartamento comodo, pulito e confortevole. Dotato di cucina fornito di tutti gli utensili necessari.Posizione ottimale, a pochi passi da Espanola way, Ocean drive e dalla spiaggia. A perfect location in South Beaxh. Condo is stocked with everything you need for the beach. Host was available anytime. Will definitely stay again!!

Great little condo!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. Close walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops. The condo had beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, beach toys, and beach towels! Very accommodating and comfortable.

I love this place. It was really clean, quiet and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. I walked everywhere during my stay. It’s also well stocked with anything you would need for a day at the beach.

Best vacation rental

I can’t express just how great the stay was. The owner Jacnier is one of the kindest and caring people I’ve ever talked to. The accommodations were amazing, the condo was well supplied with all the basics needed and many extra perks like an umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels. There’s also a nutri blender and wine glasses which are great additions. The condo was clean and very cozy. I would definitely rent this condo or the other condo that he has listed. If there are any issues the owner goes above and beyond to accommodate. It was the best experience I’ve ever had renting for a vacation stay.

Amazing place to stay

We were renting this apartment several times and always happy to be back. This place has very favorable location, everything is located in the walking distance: beach, restaurants, shopping area, parks etc.This place is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I would definitely recommend this place and will be happy to rent it again in the future. Thank you!

Amazing stay! Cannot recommend this condo enough.

I started using "shared housing" over a decade ago, but in the last few years rarely have: the place is always a little worse than you think it's going to be, or there's some insane cleanup requirement or the cost is basically the same as a hotel, so at that point... But this place was amazing. First off, the listing was accurate. Perfect fit for two people, highly functional kitchen (perfect for breakfast and lunch prep, maybe a light dinner). The pool is beautiful, although gets little sun (blessing and a curse). The king bed is very comfortable. The furnishings are all well cared for and of the "mid-range Ikea" variety. It's centrally located. 2 blocks from the beach (seriously...maybe a 6 minute walk weighed down with a cooler and beach chairs), and plenty of restaurants in very easy walking distance. But really anything in SOBE is walking distance: we found everything we wanted to do was within a 20 min walk. The complex itself was well maintained and clean. We didn't have any huge issues with noise, but bring a noise machine; some nights you can hear local clubs into the night. Communication with the host was easy and unobtrusive. Internet was fast. But the thing that impressed us most was the extras that came with the apartment. There was a cooler, umbrella, multiple beach towels, a beach bag, and even a few beach toys. The freezer has ice cube makers (!!!) and two ice blocks for the cooler. The only thing they didn't supply was beach chairs, so try and throw those in the checked luggage. They even had a stockpile of left behind suncare products. Obviously some of this you won't be able to count on, but it really was the 90% solution for a perfect beach vacation (as in it has 90% of what I would have brought if I'd packed a car; it was 125% of what we could have reasonably expected from a rental unit). Genuinely frustrated I can't give them more than 5 stars.

I am originally from Argentina and I live in Miami since 2016. With my partner we have some properties on Airbnb, and we love receiving people and helping them to have a unique stay.

This property is incredible. It is located in the best place in Miami, where you can feel and live the best of the city.
The building is elegant and maintains the Art Deco style.
The apartment has been remodeled in July 2019, and is located 1 block from Española Way, 2 blocks from Ocean Drive, 2 blocks from the beach and two blocks from Lincoln Rd.
The apartment has a King bed and a sofa bed that transforms into a Queen bed.
The kitchen is spacious and independent and the bathroom is spacious.
Without a doubt, choosing this property guarantees a good part of your great stay.

The benefits of this property are many. First of all its location.
Then, it is recently remodeled and is decorated with very good taste.
On the ground floor there is a pool which you can enjoy.
The apartment has Netflix, towels, coffee maker, full kitchen, oven, microwave and everything you need to make your stay perfect!
