Welcome to "Beach Happy"! This gorgeous top floor penthouse oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Shipwatch Villas condo is located in the private gated community of the Omni Resort ~ Amelia Island!
This is a beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated condo with unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean on the east side and tranquil views of the Intracoastal on the west.
Wonderful kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops as well as bar seating and a separate dining area, make casual oceanfront dining delightful! Comfortable living area with new couches has ample living room seating for relaxing and watching tv or just gazing out at the ocean! The patio has stacking sliding doors just off the living room lead to the oceanfront balcony area with two patio tables and ample seating beckon you to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean!
All bedrooms are wonderfully equipped with plush beds and luxurious sheets for a restful night's sleep and tv's in all rooms. The spacious master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king bed for comfort while leading to a fully updated spa-like master bath en suite with Barn Door as well as fabulous Intracoastal views from the balcony area. Come relax and enjoy the mature trees and natural beauty of Amelia Island!
The second bedroom hosts neutral tones for relaxation and comfort. This room is wonderfully furnished with a queen bed and beautifully appointed furniture.
The gorgeous hall bathroom is beautifully updated and boasts a nicely done walk in tiled shower and vanity.
The third bedroom has two double beds with dressing area leading to the fully updated bathroom and large walk-in closet!
Come relax and enjoy the sunny days of Amelia Island and the Omni Resort! We absolutely loved the location of this property overlooking the ocean and beach with the pool only a few steps away. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The patio balcony is a fabulous part of the property and we enjoyed sitting outside watching for dolphins and other wildlife. We had a wonderful vacation here.

Plenty of space for our group - 4 adults and 3 kids. Property grounds are beautiful and pool was nicely maintained. Beach was super wide and not crowded - and we went right during spring break! Property itself could use a little updating/deep cleaning but overall was a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The check-in process at the guard station was a little hectic since we went through VRBO and not the actual resort, but I was able to provide him with our confirmation email and he was able to find our information that way with the manager's name. The property itself was beautiful, clean, updated, and conveniently located to the pool and beach. The views from the condo were stunning and the sunrises and sunsets were incredible! We'd highly recommend this property to friends and family looking for a fun and comfortable getaway to Amelia!

Elevator was not working serval days which is not good with small children and hauling items to top floor.Unit was clean except for under tv had wrappers and maybe got missed by cleaning service. Otherwise a great unit and perfect for our family…host was extremely prompt getting back to us with any questions and very kind!

Great villa, so beachy and new looking. Beds were comfy and so much space. Kitchen has everything you need. Lots of beach chairs, toys, and even umbrellas. The lanai is huge with seating for 7. Our only suggestions to make this villa even better would be to have the lanai swept and a new set of fry pans for the electric stove top. What a beautiful location with breath taking views from liters every window. We will be back! Great stay and the Omni has outstanding amenities for both young and old! Wow!

The property had everything we needed, including a spectacular ocean view. The layout was great with bedrooms down the hall from living space so sleep was not disturbed by early risers or late nights.

Perfect family getaway!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. The furniture is high quality, beds are extremely comfortable, and the property was very clean. This place was perfect for our family vacation. We hope to visit again soon!

Great place to stay! Was perfect for our group of 5 friends. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Kitchen had everything needed! The views are gorgeous. Easy access to beach and pool.
