We had a wonderful time with our daughter and her family! The unit was lovely and laid out nicely for our family. Beautiful ocean view, beach club was nice, easy beach access. Jeni was very responsive when there were questions. Would definitely return!

Amazing Find!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. The view was incredible and the distance to the beach was great! The host was friendly and very responsive. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We would love to stay here again!!

The condo is located in a great area with easy beach access and great walking/ biking trails close at hand. The beds are comfortable and the layout is suitable for a variety of guests.

Great Stay!

My family and I had a great stay at Jeni's condo. The condo was clean, comfortable and bright. The location was really great. We enjoyed walking and biking on the trails that were right behind the complex and there were plenty of restaurants a short drive away. We also enjoyed the amenities (pool, tennis courts, workout room). We would definitely return!

Wonderful beachfront condo

My husband and I stayed with our 3 children for 5 nights and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The condo is very comfortable and the view is spectacular!! We will definitely be back!!!

A Beautiful Beachfront Unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeni's beautiful unit. With more updated and modern accommodations, this rental is tastefully decorated and provides a calm atmosphere--perfect for a vacation. The beachfront location is ideal, and the neighboring adjacent pool includes amenities such as towels and a snack bar. Communication with Jeni was easy, as she was always one text away. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again.

Beautiful Condo! Great Location!

The place was spacious enough for our group of 6 for the weekend. There are two en suite bathrooms and the queen has the bathroom just outside the bedroom door. There are beach chairs provided and the balcony is larger than many others in the complex. The host is very responsive and helpful! There are rabbits and gopher tortoises in the dunes that can be spotted while walking to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation

This was just what my family was looking for - a place to come together to relax and enjoy the holiday. Beautiful view and easy walk to the beach over the boardwalk. Plenty of room for us and our three kids in their 20’s. They took advantage of the tennis courts and gym. The condo was clean, the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. Jeni was a great host. She communicated clearly everything we needed to know, which made check-in a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again!

Spacious and peaceful

Family had a great time. Plenty of space, comfortable, full kitchen, tv in all bedrooms and family room. Second visit with family to Amelia and last time we stayed in one bedroom ocean front at Ritz. Having 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen and easy access to condo (not to mention saving thousands)…and with the same view of the ocean, was the right choice for my family. Host communicated with us and made our stay enjoyable. Would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Our first trip to Amelia

The condo was spacious for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. We really liked that everyone had their own rooms with bath. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The beach was not overly crowded. At first, the parking seemed tight, but we got used to it and there was always a parking spot if needed. We were thankful Harris Teeter was close by, not a lot of traffic on the island, and especially enjoyed The Salty Pelican.

Wonderful location and the Condo was perfect

This trip was with 3 cousins. We needed a 3 bedroom and 3 bath accommodations. This home met our needs. Had TVs in all bedrooms and in the den. It had all the amenities to make our stay perfect. Having direct access to the beach allowed us to take frequent walks in the beach. It was only .5 miles from the Ritz Carlton and we took advantage of their spa. I would highly recommend this rental. The owner was outstanding!

Fernandina review

Our host Jeni was terrific. The property was well stocked although we did top it up with more hangars and wine glasses but that wasn’t too big of a deal. The space is so comfortable, the view is gorgeous and I would highly recommend this condo and Jeni as a VRBO host. We had access to the gym which had been newly renovated - small but extremely efficient and great pickleball courts (4 of them) and a tennis court within 3 minutes. We loved it all!!!

Ocean front second floor condo with great view.

Three bedrooms and three baths were a real plus. As grandparents we chose the downstairs queen bedroom and children and grandchildren were upstairs. The condo was well stocked. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. The second story location gave a great view of the dunes and the ocean. The pool area was nice but it was too cold to go in pool. Sure it’s fun in warmer weather. We were greeted upon arrival and shown how to use different entrances to condo and pool area. There is a Harris Teeters grocery store near buy for shopping convenience. We were allowed early check in and that was greatly appreciated. We would definitely rent again.
