Great location, neighborhood, and pool. Friendly and quick response to a few requests (additional towels, air conditioning fix.) Comfortable beds, great master bedroom and porches galore. Would stay again!

Walk to the beach and park.

The space was great for our family stay during a conference. Access to the pool and short walks to the beach and a playground were great for the kids.

Beautiful property and pool/beach access

Great experience with this property. Good communication and organization throughout the process. Great area for access to pull on beach, about 2 miles from main part of town.

Overall, our stay was good. Location was convenient to Brunswick and Jekyl Island. The house was beautiful and had the aura of the old southern country charm. The draperies were a bit cumbersome making it difficult to open the doors to the outside porches. Was disappointed could not access top deck to be able to see the fireworks. Communication issues with the host had more to do with the Vrbo app than the owner, himself.

Great Getaway

The cottage was perfect to ring in my 40th birthday! The location was great and we loved the beach access. The street was so cute and very family friendly. Parking in limited in front of the house but the overflow parking was easy to use. The property manager was so great to work with. They respond very quickly to messages. We will be back for sure!

Splendid cottage was splendid!

Splendid cottage was fabulous! The decor was absolutely lovely...not a spot overlooked, but not overdone. So many areas in the home to gather as a group as well as books to find a spot of alone time. There were even beach towels and beach bags to use! The neighborhood was delightful, felt like a small community of happy friendly vacationers. The rental agents were easy to contact and very helpful. Would definitely rent again.

A perfect house and location for a multi-generation family getaway! Gorgeous beach and pool area, and the property is safe and secure for children to play. Multiple balconies and levels allow everyone to find a little alone time. And the bunk room is amazing - the kids loved it! The lighthouse and shopping area is a 5-minute drive away. It’s Property management responded quickly and effectively when we had a problem with the heat on the lower level. Someone came out that day and the problem was resolved. We loved Splendid Cottage and hope to stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The house was the closest to the beach we have ever rented at Saint Simon’s. We were able to easily walk to the pools and beach. We liked that there was a shelter with tables to get out of the sun by the pools. You had a view of the ocean from some of the decks on the house. There was plenty of space in the house for our family of 10. There are a lot of steps if that would be a problem for anyone in your party. We would definitely rent this house again.

SSI family Beach Week

The house and the property was fantastic. We were joined by our 2 kids and spouses and their kids. We had a great week full of lasting memories. The only disappointment was somebody took our expensive beach chairs yesterday off the porch. I was loading our truck for todays departure and left for 10 minutes and they were taken.

Great spot

Beautiful rental in a great spot. Beautiful little street and pool area right on the water. The house itself is adorable and very well layed out for families. Ice maker a HUGE bonus. Great outdoor patio areas- couldn't have asked for anything more. As an added referral- we had a little issue with parking passes and the property manager was great- quick and easy phone call and they came and resolved and brought us passes- no drama, VERY nice and easy. This always makes me feel better, if there were a big issue- they would be great to work with.

Spring Breaj

Overall, the house is wonderful, and it’s perfect for big families. There was an issue with the bathtub, but it was fixable. Communication with the property manager not so great, does not acknowledge your emails or messages, and if you have something that needs to be fixed they do not give you a heads up that they are coming. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay.
