Check in and check out were easy, good communication with hosts, cabin was immaculate and had everything we needed. Our favorites were the view from the deck, the hot tub and the pool table. We enjoyed our stay here. The part I liked the most is they were on top of communication. If I had a question I texted and they answered right back. The cabin was clean and the area very quiet. Very relaxing.

Amazing view but cabin not so much.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views were amazing but the cabin was not very clean and the washer and dryer did not work right went off balance so had to ring cloths out by hand. Mattress in Master bedroom was slanted down towards the headboard and we could not use it.

This was a very exciting visit. Normally see a bear or two, however, this time there was a cub that kept coming up on our deck. It showed up three times in one day. We never saw the mother. A bit scary, but also entertaining, my grandchildren, ages 2 and 5, were really excited. Will be returning. Hosts were the best. Very nice and clean. Loved every minute of our vacation.

We were able to see a mamma bear and 3 cubs in the back yard the first day we was there. It was awesome !!

Relaxing vacation

Things we enjoyed about the cabin: three bedrooms and bathrooms, one on each level; the view!; the hot tub, the pool table, and the location. Would recommend to others and would stay there again.

Convenient Cabin

Cabin was easy to get to. Close to both Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We did enjoy the free tickets, saved us 170.00. Bear Tracts Vacation Cabins was informative, helpful, and communicated well.

Excellent getaway!

Overall our stay was very nice and enjoyable. The view from the decks was excellent and made the drive up the mountain worth it! The furniture in the house was well worn but functional. We would recommend this cabin and Bear Tracts to others.

July 2025 Stay

This cabin is absolutely breathtaking. We had a wonderful stay & even saw a bear right outside our front door! I wish our view of the mountains was better, but understandably, the trees have bloomed blocking most of the view from the deck. Regardless, this cabin was perfect for our little getaway. Very clean, top notch hospitality, a binder with lots of food options/things to do, comfortable beds and a wonderful hot tub! We will definitely book again.

Three adults and three children we were able to spread out on the three levels with plenty of privacy and space. The cabin was secluded yet a short distance away from all the activities. Great Cabin with a view on a quiet dead end road.

This is a great cabin! The hosts are very responsive. 3 levels so our family could spread out and not be on top of each other. The teen aged kids loved playing pool and the hot tub. Location was good to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It is on a quiet dead end road. We even Doordashed to the cabin with no problems. Didn't have any bear visitors but maybe next time!
