Great location

We really enjoyed our stay - everything was just as it was listed. The views from the kitchen nook were amazing!

Very nice clean lake front cabin

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in the lake front cabin. Everything was clean, the cabin was well equipped and the view was beautiful. We’ll definitely be staying again.

Perfect Tahoe lakefront location

Very comfortable, and well equiped cottage. Lovely being just steps from the lake!

We had a great time in Tahoe Vista. Great location of the place with great view. Owners provided thorough information about the place and outing ideas.

Glad you like the locaton...lakefront cannot be beat! Hope you enjoyed your stay! Yes, as we mention in the listing, there is parking for only one vehicle during the winter (Nov 1- May 1) but plenty of first come, first served parking along the road during the other months.

The beach and lake view was beautiful and unobstructed. The parking was safe and easy. There is a bit of a trough at the back edge of the parking area, right next to the road. The trough was holding a decent amount of water during our visit, but we were able to maneuver around it. Perhaps this may be a repair item for the City road department?

Lovely cute home despite being in need of TLC. Felt like a little fishing cottage on east coast. The location and view of the lake and mountains took the focus off the home. And the home had everything we needed. Neighbors were friendly. Parking was easy. Perfect home for my mom who can’t walk up a lot of stairs. Would stay again!

Best location!

We spent 3 nights with our two dogs. What a charming cottage literally on the beach! Amazing views from bay window. Everything very clean. Comfy bed. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the living room furniture, major garage sale vibes of various eras. Thank you for sharing this incredible place, we will be back!

Perfect Get Away

Best Lake Tahoe location - panoramic lake views from living and dining room. We were able to prepare our meals in the nicely equipped kitchen and have the best views while dining either in the dining or living area. The home is so conveniently located to beach, walking trails and shops that we didn't used our vehicle during our entire stay. My suggestion to improving the home is new living room furniture to match the outside beauty.

Charming cottage on the water

We loved our stay in this small, quaint and charming cottage, directly on the edge of Lake Tahoe. Windows from the living room and breakfast room/kitchen frame a lovely view of the lake. The deck is also a wonderful place to hang out, complete with lounge chairs and a outdoor table. The location is incredibly convenient to local restaurants, stores and other conveniences in the Tahoe Vista/Kings Beach area. The management staff were quite helpful and very customer service oriented.

Beautiful Lakefront House

We really enjoyed the stay. The lakefront view was breathtaking and peaceful. The place was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The dry sauna was a treat. The neighbor condo owners were all friendly. Safeway Market is just a couple of minutes away and 5 min away from the main area with all the restaurants and coffee shops. Only reason that prevents me from giving 5 stars is because of the old stale smell of cigarettes from the carpet on a few parts of the house especially in the hallway in between the rooms and the bathrooms. It's not too bad and could be eliminated by shampooing the carpet.We will definitely stay here again in near future.

We would love to host this guest again! Please note that absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties. Also, this unit receives seasonal carpet cleanings by a professional carpet cleaning company. Come check out the amazing views of the lake and enjoy the luxury on living on a beachfront!

Stunning location

We enjoyed our stay right on the shores of Lake Tahoe. The home was clean and comfortable (beds were very comfortable), and the views were so perfect, they didn't even look real. The house was well-stocked. The sauna was incredible, as well! We definitely will be back in the summer months when weather will enable us to take advantage of the deck and beach area.My only suggestion is that the listing specify that there is only 1 parking spot. I didn't realize that until our check-in instructions. We had 2 cars. Not a huge deal, but just something to know if you're booking the property.

60th Bday Family Celebration

Love love love the view and deck, doesn't get better than this, right on the water with a beach & dock in front of you! Very convenient location too! We enjoyed the sauna at night looking out at the stars over the water, even in the summer. While the house/cottage is decent it is just in need of a really really good cleaning!! Bedspreads were dirty, throw pillows in living room are disgusting, cabinets and quite a few dishes/pans/silverware were dirty, BBQ grill is corroded thru needs replacing. Just needs more attention to detail. But like I said cannot beat the water front location!!

We loved hosting these guests and were disappointed that the house was not found in our typical good order of cleanliness. When this guest reached out about it, we sent our regular cleaning staff over to remedy everything. (We had been forced to use substitute cleaners for the back to back clean that day, and unfortunately, we have learned that they did not meet our regular standards). We also reached out to our owners requesting a replacement bbq. But in the end, we are so pleased that these guests ended up enjoying their stay!!

Cozy and convenient

It's a nice place. Not huge, but enough room for our family of four plus a small dog. Judging by the vintage ads for Pine Cove Cabins on the walls, they've been rental vacation cottages for decades. The location on the beach offered great views and room to walk around. I expect it'd be wonderful to be on the lake in summer; in winter it was convenient to stores, restaurants, and ski resorts. There were a ton of towels, sheets, and pots and pans, which made the very minimal supply of other things (mainly hand soap and toilet paper) all the more befuddling, but that was easy enough to take care of. I contacted the property manager once, to request extra blankets, and they were friendly and very prompt in helping out.

Excellent location and lovely property!

What a marvelous place! It is right on the beach with Safeway close by. You will be 12 minutes to incline village and 12 minutes to NorthStar. Unbeatable. Great host. Highly recommended.

Best area of Tahoe. Absolutely stunning view. Great beach access. Charming cottage and comfy beds.

Loved the location and the view and the beds. Home came with everything you need to cook and be comfortable- but the house has no AC, only table top fans and old windows that don’t all open easily. If you are sensitive to heat or coming during a hot season I’d be a little worried. Winter would be fantastic as it also has a great gas fireplace and is cozy. The one car parking is tricky but luckily we were there during season when you can park on Main Street and it was not too busy yet. Easy walk from covered parking to unit. I loved the location of North Tahoe, seemed so much nicer than the South section and a great little town is less than 10 min away but a supermarket is less than a mile. Super walking trails nearby. Great deck and place to chill. Neighbors all close by but was not too noisy late at night. Loved the sauna and wanted to spend as much time at the cottage as possible to enjoy the spectacular view. Stunning. Would definitely go back.

Best view, warm inviting

I highly recommend staying at this property. The view is the best. You can just stay there all day. The sun room is wonderful and inviting. The property is clean and very comfortable, especially the king-sized bed. The property manager is excellent and prompt if you need anything. We hope to come back!!

Best place in terms of location and view

I highly recommend booking this rental as it right on the lake. The views from the living room are amazing and it was really quiet and clean. The house is well equipped with utensils, bedsheets, towels, etc. We would definitely keep coming back.
