Thank you for your feedback. The air conditioning issue was caused by a clogged drain line, which can occur due to the high humidity in our area and is not something we can always prevent. Once we were notified, we had someone at the property extremely quickly to resolve the issue. Regarding the concern around the upstairs vent, the moisture in the air can cause condensation and buildup around vents. We clean these areas regularly and do everything we can to stay ahead of the effects of the humidity in our area. The dryer issue was caused by a kinked dryer hose, which was corrected as soon as it was reported to us. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so we could address them promptly.

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review! We’re so glad your family of four was comfortable and that the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. It’s wonderful that you were able to enjoy both ease and relaxation during your stay. We also appreciate your honest comparison and feedback on value—it’s helpful and noted. We’re glad that overall you felt the home was a good fit for your trip, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!
