Inadequate cleaning, non-functioning dishwasher, clogged garbage disposal, among other issues, is not how anyone should spend their vacation, especially when this is supposed to be a time to relax. Despite the holidays, we should have had a solution to your concerns and been more proactive in keeping you updated or informing you of the options we had available. This is certainly not the way we operate, and we have shared your concerns with upper management to ensure this does not happen again.
