We were so wonderfully happy with this cabin. The decor is so incredibly cute. Check-in was so easy. Sitting on the deck drinking my morning coffee was so beautiful. I highly recommend this cabin to everyone!!

The cabin was wonderful. It is close to town but secluded enough for it to be an excellent place to unplug from the daily grid and relax. Enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. Check in and out was easy and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

This was our second stay at Bear Tracks because we really enjoyed our first stay there nearly a year ago. The property has a nice view overlooking the mountains and an even better view when using the "club" pool that is a short walk from the property. The house was clean and well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. The hot tub is very nice and well maintained. The check in & checkout process went quite well. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Very happy with our stay! The property was perfectly located and close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the national park! We also saw a mama bear and 3 cubs in the woods next door. The cubs were playing in the tree and we were able to watch from the 3rd level porch! My kids loved it! Mama bear did try to check out our car (left a paw print!) but we were diligent in keeping the doors locked.

We loved our stay for a family five and the host was amazingly responsive. The three story house was perfect to give my kids (middle school - high school) their own space. The cabin is close to the Gatlinburg welcome center and trolly system, very close to National Park, and easy to get to Pigeon Forge. The cabin was clean and felt like a home away from home. Enjoyed every minute.

We had an excellent stay at this cabin just outside Gatlinburg! The cabin was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after long days of sightseeing and exploring the area.Our son loved having the basement space to enjoy, and we really appreciated the TVs, cable, and streaming options throughout the cabin. The layout was great for our family, and the cabin felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived.The only thing future guests should know is that the kitchen does not come stocked with basic seasonings or condiments, so if you plan on cooking during your stay, be sure to bring any essentials you'll need. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book this cabin again. Highly recommended!

Your cleaners are not doing a thorough job cleaning your cabin. But other than that I would stay again.

Wonderful cabin in Gatlinburg. Really has everything you need, especially since you should be out doing all of the things around the area! Our kids loved the arcade and the hot tub (although the hot tub maintenance could use some work). Kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook in. Check in was super easy and the hosts were great with communication. Hopefully next time we come we will see some bears!

Since nothing was brought up during your stay, we didn’t realize there were any concerns, but your feedback helps us keep everything in top shape for future guests. It’s great to know the kitchen had everything you needed and that check‑in and communication were smooth. We’d love to welcome you back—and hopefully next time the local bears will make an appearance. They tend to have great timing when guests least expect it.
