The time is right for a family getaway to North Florida’s Emerald Coast, and this brand-new, ground-level vacation rental in Port St. Joe is ready for the ultimate vacation! Built in 2020, this bright beautiful, four-bedroom, two-bath home, features a spectacular full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Enjoy the spacious open concept of the great room and dining area. There is plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing in front of a large flat screen TV for sports or movies, and the farmhouse table seats everyone together for family meals or a fun game night. This lovely house offers enough space for people to spend time together, but also be able to find a private spot for reading, watching your own program, or simply taking a nap. That's one of the special things about After Dune Delight, it has something for everyone!
Outside, you'll find a furnished, patio with a gas grill for family cookouts, no matter the season. When you need to cool off or soothe those muscles, guests are welcome to head over to the community pool and hot tub.
Bedrooms are furnished with all the comforts of home:
Master, king-size bedroom with work space and master bathroom attached with garden tub and separate shower.

Kids room has twin bunks, bottom bunk pulls out into a king bed with an additional twin trundle. Plenty of room for the kiddo's to spread out and have fun being together with flat screen smart TV.

What's nearby:

You'll find this beautiful home in the seaside community of WindMark Beach, where you need only follow the nearby path to reach the white sugar sands. When you're not swimming and sunbathing on the shore, head into downtown Port St. Joe, just four miles south, to sample some fresh local seafood or catch a glimpse of the Cape San Blas Lighthouse. And if you're interested in taking a day trip to explore the area, you'll be only 25 miles northeast of St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and 27 miles northwest of Apalachicola.

Enjoyed our stay

Great location and happy we decided to stay at Windmark. We usually stay on Cape San Blas or Indian Pass but really enjoyed Windmark Beach and being closer to town. Close access to the beach and very nice property.

Family Vacation for 11 people

This was a great trip! Loved the house and loved how close of a walk it was to the beach! Outdoor shower was a huge plus! If you forget beach towels, chairs or toys - don’t worry, there’s plenty available.

Very nice location & great development. I would echo another review that one needs to press the lock button after entering the code. Also, the location of the pool needs to be mentioned as we had to contact the host to get the information & current code (very responsive).

Family annual vacation

There were 6 adults, 2 children and one baby. We had plenty of room to all gather together or to have a little”me” time. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking meals, could use a knife sharpener. It was a very quick walk to the beach or to the very nice Windmark walking path. It was very nice! The garage was full of fun toys and essentials for a day on the beach, but the garage was still big enough to park our golf cart and trailer in. There are plenty of linens and beach towels. The back porch was nice for a couple people to enjoy while the kids played in the backyard. The gas grill even had a spare gas tank. We really enjoyed our stay and are making plans of going back to this same rental in 2026.

Wonderful newer property, quiet location. Does it get any better than this?

This is our second consecutive annual stay at this property. It is a beautiful place and is centrally located between Mexico Beach and downtown Port Saint Joe. There is a wonderful nature preserve on the peninsula of Port Saint Joe that we got to know really well on this occasion. Fishing off the seawall was quite good in the mornings and we took advantage of that For five out of seven days. Tyane was responsive if we needed anything but we had none. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I intend on booking this property again next year. Thank you, Tyane for another great stay and vacation.

Outstanding property and location, great stay

Im a father and grandfather who rented this property for my kids/grandkids for a two week stay in the last half of March/2023. Superb location. New home in a new neighborhood. Two minute walk to a remote and beautiful beach in a protected bay of the Gulf of Mexico. Our host Tyane was accessible, friendly, and was helpful if we had any problems (which we didn’t). I have nothing negative to write about the property, the location, or the host. My family and I had a terrific vacation, and we would rent this home again in a heartbeat. Five stars all the way around, and I am hopeful that Tyane will rent to us again!

Nice home-great for small children. Code to the pool given was incorrect. Property owner responded Friday before we left on Sunday with the correct code. Luckily I had gotten a code to the pool from security. We had to get batteries for tv remotes and a bulb was out in the master bathroom. Really pretty spot.

Great vacation house with plenty of space

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils and appliances. There were plenty of towels and beach towels, which was so nice. Very short walk to the beach, but the water was not as clear, as it’s more of a lagoon situation with cape San blas blocking the waves. We ended up driving to another area for the beach. The pool was nice, but it was far away. I would not consider it to be in the same “neighborhood”. Technically walkable, but too far for children. There is a nice area near the pool with shops and a few restaurants.

Great location

Great location - Enjoy a calm oceanfront steps from the house, drive 5-10 minutes to Cape San Blas area to experience waves, or enjoy the community pool within the neighborhood. House was beautiful with lots of amenities (games, sand toys, etc). Lots of room for kids to play. Community is newly constructed and address provided did not pull up on Apple Maps. Took us to a gas station. Thank goodness a UPS driver was able to assist in locating the area. Previous guests apparently left the house a mess per housekeeping. Unable to check in at 3pm. While this did not create a major problem for us since we went and enjoyed the beach and got groceries for our stay, we should have received communication from the property owner regarding the delay in check in. No communication given from property management. Rang doorbell to make sure at right house and talked to housekeeper well after 3pm. Overall, would recommend staying at this house.

Great place on the Beach

Beach house was a great place to stay only a short walk to the beach! House was new and spotlessly clean! Had a great time with friends and family and with four bedrooms there was plenty of room for everybody. There was a large assortment of beach toys in the garage which were great to use. I would stay here again!

Amazing little private beach community

We loved this house! The windmark community was so nice! They have a restaurant, bar, pool, and live music without ever leaving the neighborhood. But don let that scare you. It is so quiet peaceful and relaxing. Also the beach is walking distance and there is hardly anyone there. House was clean and nice. Will be back to this house for sure!

Summer Vacation

The property was excellent! Beautiful house with all of the amenities that you need. The home is very spacious and open. There was easy access to the beach and only a short 3 minute walk. The community pool is a little farther away, but very nice. We rented a golf cart while we were there and enjoyed it tremendously. Excellent place to run, walk, or bike through the Windmark Community. We had teenagers who enjoyed the corn hole boards, card games, and outside fire pit. They also enjoyed the short drive to Mexico Beach and Panama City. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect and Relaxing

Highly recommend staying in this property. The home is beautifully decorated and close to the beach. We especially enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and towels. Plus, our kids really enjoyed the use of the paddle board. We would definitely come back and stay in this home again.

Beautiful home with easy beach access

This house is absolutely gorgeous, provides all the comforts of home and then some. We were 8 people and had plenty of room for us to relax, had a great time and loved our stay here. There is a TV in every bedroom and living room which was nice for the kids. The beach access is a short walk away but there is also a small parking area if you chose to drive. The house is equipped with everything you need including beach towels and toys and there is a lovely neighborhood pool to enjoy on non-beach days. The property owner was very friendly and helpful and answered question promptly. Nothing not to like here would definitely stay here again if we visit the area.
