We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave! The home is ideally located (close to the Publix and lots of restaurants and bars) and is beautiful, with all new bathrooms and kitchen, and new, fresh furniture. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed to cook nightly meals. The lights are on dimmer switches, which is a nice option to have. And the outdoor area has lovely seating areas and guaranteed beautiful sunset views. Oh and of course the pool - we spent a lot of time in the pool - and a heated pool made all the difference as it was unseasonably cool while we were visiting. Our hosts were super responsive and helpful with the couple of minor hiccups we had our first couple of days, and their neighbors are lovely as well and made us feel very welcome. Five stars for sure.

Great location with beautiful canal sunset

We had a great stay and the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with! The house was beautiful and updated. The dock was perfect for our 25' boat and the sunset views down the canal were beautiful! The road was quiet and peaceful and our sun loved riding his bike down to the cul-de-sac and back.

Very nice place easy access to most activities

Nice place with plenty of room for all.. Pool area was nice , as outdoor lounging.. Stove was only kitchen item missing but made due with cooktop and microwave..

Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. The house was located on a canal and close to good restaurants and surrounding areas.The neighborhood was walkable and we enjoyed seeing the burrowing owls and the occasional dolphins.Lisa was easy to talk to and deal with, answering our questions and phone calls immediately. We would consider staying here again.

Sunsets and dolphins

The property was absolutely beautiful! The private pool and the canal with dolphins made it perfect. We spent two weeks and wished it were longer. We walked the neighborhood everyday, which again was beautiful and peaceful. There was nothing we would change. A perfect get away from snow! Thank you for renting your home to us!

Nice Home: Bad Luck

My brother and our wives brought my mother to this location to celebrate her 80th birthday. This home is in a great and quiet neighborhood with onsite access to the canal and river. It was well equipped and furnished. The owner was pleasant to work with and very responsive. Unfortunately for us, construction on the vacant lot next door began just after check in. We had large equipment and workers within 10 feet of the pool and lanai during most of the week days. The owner did everything she could to help, but it turned our tranquil vacation into a noisy, smelly and dirty stay. Once the construction has been completed, I would highly recommend this rental home.

It is unfortunate that we were not giving a heads up from the owners of the lot or the city of CC that they were going to replace the sea wall. Fun and Games

Our group of six, traveling and renting houses for 20+ years together, had the most wonderful time. The house was clean and welcoming and fully stocked. The outdoor space was enjoyable. It included 2 lounge chairs and 4 beach chairs. Outdoor seatIng for tables could have been better, but nothing that wouldn’t make us rent again. It’s a great location for paddle boarding (which we did) or renting a boat. We even saw a dolphin from a distance from the pool. The owner didn’t mind my bajillion questions and was quick to return my messages. I’ve seen other reviews talk about the oven. It is a combo microwave/convection oven. A little Google search on how to use it and cooking was no issue. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to bond with your favorite people, this is it.

Relaxing

So we stayed here and I can say it’s a lovely home. I can not give one complain about this home. We stayed here for a week and the quietness, the beauty of the view, was so relaxing. Our host was amazing, she responded to us very quickly and although we didn’t have to contact her for any reason, she was one text away. We will come here again next year if God permits it. The place was clean when we got here and honestly the view and seeing all the boats going by was awesome. Great place to stay at and no complains ❤️

We spent a week at the house. We came to celebrate my aunts 97 th birthday. We were close to everything. The house was clean and comfortable. Loved our stay. Can’t wait to return.

Our Perfect Vacation

Wow!! What a wonderful house. At the end of a nice quiet neighborhood, very well kept, very well furnished. It was like a dream. We spent most of our time around the lanai covered pool, which overlooks the canal. The house furnishings were really nice, definitely a step up from the average rental. Our in-laws made Christmas dinner and brought it to our house. There were plenty of plates and silverware for all 9 of us. And with 2 tables on the lanai everyone had a place to sit. The few times we had a question for Lisa (the owner), she responded immediately. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious vacation in a lovely home.

Great stay!

Working with Lisa, the owner, was super easy! She was quick to respond and very helpful. The house is very clean and very functional. The kitchen was well equipped. There are so many dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils to use! There were several small appliances to use including a toaster oven since there is no stove. We enjoyed the pool and outside areas every day all day. It is such a serene place to rest, walk, and relax. The house is very light and airy with so many windows and sliding glass doors. The light filters in the master bedroom very brightly in the morning as the window treatments although swirled with pattern are transparent in places as well. The beds were extremely comfortable with great sheets and soft comforters. We also enjoyed the easy check- in and check-out. This is a gem of a find! Thank you, Lisa, for your attention to detail and great rental experience. We would rent your place again in a heartbeat!

Rent This One!

What a great house and wonderful hosts! We’ve rented a number of places over the years and this was one of the best – the house was super clean, beautifully decorated and so well equipped we were really amazed. The photos of the house are exactly what we found when we arrived and the sunsets over the pool and waterway each evening were beautiful. We often travel with some basic items (frying pan, knife, some seasonings). While this house did not have any food items – a positive in these times of Covid – it had every other convenience from appliances, pots, pans, baking items, bowls, cutlery, silverware, plates and glassware, just about anything you could think of and then some. The beds were really comfy and the lighting in the bathrooms was nice and bright. A nice selection of books to read too. We didn’t need a thing. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice place to take short walks. There is a Publix a short distance away. We visited Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva while we were there. Traffic can be heavy at times, especially in Ft Myers Beach, and there is a toll for the bridge coming back into Cape Coral from there. We didn’t have a Sun Pass but you can pay your tolls on line later. All said, it is a great house in a beautiful setting. Thank you Lisa!
