Look no further than Casa YaYa for your perfect St. John retreat. The moment you enter, the view will take your breath away. Casa YaYa boasts one of the prettiest views on the island. Located on the western hillside overlooking beautiful Coral Bay, we’re located in a quiet area with wonderful breezes and full sun until mid to late afternoon. If privacy is what you desire, this is the villa for you.

If you ever decide to come inside, the comfort and décor will envelop you and have you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This one level villa is unique for its large 10-foot-high openings along the entire east side allowing beautiful sunshine and cooling breezes to invade the villa. The view from each room is unparalleled. It boasts a large great room and kitchen. The two master bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the great room for maximum privacy. Each air-conditioned master bedroom features a king-sized bed and affords the same spectacular view as the great room. Both bathrooms have outdoor showers that are highly desired in this tropical climate.

The roomy loft is open to the great room during the day but has a room-dividing curtain that you can close at night to enhance privacy and allow the AC to keep the loft nice and cool. There are two bunk beds (twin over twin w/ a twin trundle, and a twin over full) allowing up to 6 to sleep in total AC comfort. Please note: the loft is accessed by a barn-style ladder not a staircase and is not recommended for younger children or older adults. This set-up makes Casa YaYa perfect for two families.

Enjoy the privacy that this villa has to offer while lounging in the crystal blue waters of the 20x12x5 pool. Sunbathe on the spacious sun deck. All of this is possible as you take in the view of Coral Bay, Tortola and the Sir Francis Drake Passage to Virgin Gorda. Don't forget to watch the sunrise and moonrise which are visible from every room in the house.

Casa YaYa has a gated driveway, beyond which offers a garden rich with native plants and many different species of palm trees.

Located in Coral Bay, where many of the locals choose to live, we are in close proximity to comfortable island dining whether you are looking for the very casual to more upscale. Situated perfectly between the quieter eastern beaches and the world-famous north shore beaches, Casa YaYa is only minutes from each. Hiking trails abound and are also only minutes away. A night out in Cruz Bay, dining and shopping, is just a short (but curvy) 25-minute drive on island roads where speeds are rarely over 20 miles per hour. The island is two-thirds National Park land and therefore protected from over-development.

And we are now 100% solar powered, which means you can enjoy that AC in your bedroom even more knowing it's from pure renewable solar energy. We have also installed a whole-house UV water filtration system, which means you can skip buying the jugs of water for drinking, coffee and cooking. Clean, fresh water from any tap in the house!

We now offer a rental truck as well for an additional fee. A custom-built Toyota Tundra with 4WD and an automatic transmission offers seating for up to 6 in the interior and another four seats in the bed of the truck. These seats are bolted to the frame, have seat belts and a covered canopy overhead. This is the perfect beach vehicle for St. John and allows passengers to fully embrace our warm climate and incredible views. No refunds will be issued after 30 days prior to your arrival day. You may receive a full refund if you cancel 60+ days from the start of your reservation. You may receive a 50% refund if you cancel between 60 and 30 days out from the start of your reservation.
