The place was very clean and well supplied. I did not cook but they had everything you would need. They allowed me to bring my little dog. They had a driveway where I could park. Perfect for what I needed. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Little Cottage

Our stay in El.Sabrante was great. The cottage was very clean and the.evironment of the cottage was beautiful. There was a wonderful fountain, gorgeous plants, and sweet sounding birds that rounded out a terrific stay.

Amazing quiet stay!

My wife and I came for a relaxing time and we got that! Host were very pleasant and very accommodating, check in was easy and area was quiet. My wife spent her day reading outside and was very comfortable! We would love to be back

Nice little cottage

The cottage was small, but really nice and cozy! They even had to spare toothbrush’s. I will definitely stay there again if I ever need to get out of the Fresno heat.

Sweet little cottage

The cottage was located in a nice neighborhood and just right for a solo week attending an educational art program. It was private and had all the essentials. The toothbrush and bath loofah were a thoughtful touch.

Amir and Sami leave nothing to need. Everything is there , well supplied and beyond all expectations! Beautifully furnished and the welcome treats are a plus plus! Always our first choice when we need a place to stay in the Bay Area

Glorious

My husband and I were absolutely smitten with this cottage. Clean, quiet and decorated beautifully. We had all our needs met including a Nesspresso machine!!!!! We even enjoyed tomatos from the garden. I highly reccomended this stay.

A delightful home/ "Hidden Gem"

The cottage is cozy with a nice location. Attention to detail. Appealing interior design. Host was most gracious even when I booked 7 nights instead of 8. My error and he did not make me fell uncomfortable booking an extra night. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to others. A hidden gem....

Visiting Family & Our Good Friends

We love this studio. The hosts provided special coffee’s (espresso and ground coffee for French press). So many little touches - great selection of jazz CDs and books by DH Lawerence, Doris Lessing and others. Very homey place. Wish we had a few more days to listen to the glorious water fountain and do some bird watching.

Charming, sparkling clean, comfortable!

This charming home is extraordinary. The listing information was accurate and yet we were amazed by the attention to detail by our hosts. This cozy home was fully equipped with everything we could have needed…and more! From the comfortable queen bed to the new, sparkling appliances and features, this lovely home has it all. Communication with our host was excellent. Directions to the home and access instructions were clear and very easy. This is the perfect cozy spot for a couple. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching hummingbirds bathe in the garden fountain. This special home is in a quiet, private location. We come to this are often and will definitely schedule our stay to take advantage this true gem.

Best b&b ever

Everything was perfect. Quit and VERY private the host was amazing and the ohana was clean and stocked with everything.. gota admit the espresso machine was the biggest plus for me lol if it had come with Baileys i woulda been in heaven lol but you cant have everything, and then liquor store is literally a 30 second drive so i cant complain lol

Cozy and Complete

My wife and I were looking for a location to stay that was close to Berkeley, where we were to attend a wedding and other events, but also convenient to the National Parks in the SF area and Napa Valley. This location fit the bill nicely. This house, while small, is very well appointed. It's well decorated and the attention to detail is remarkable. The kitchen has everything that you'd need, as well as 4 different ways to make a cup of coffee. The bathroom also has items that you may think you need to pack, but they're already here, such as a blow dryer and steamer. There was cold bottled water in the fridge, and chocolates on the counter. And there's a small, quiet patio outside the front door which is ideal for coffee and breakfast in the morning. We were very happy with our stay here.

The property is beautiful and peaceful. We had a wonderful time there. The hosts were very responsive when we had any questions. Check in was easy and straightforward and we were permittited to arrive early after our very long drive. An additional bed was provided for my toddler to sleep on the day we arrived. Parking was alright for my car, which is a compact, but I imagine it would be tight for a bigger vehicle. We did accidently trip the breaker a couple times by running the microwave while the bathroom heater and tv were on, but the host let us know where the fuse box was and it was easily resolved. There were provided snacks, coffee, and beverages in the well equipped kitchen. There was an alcohol selection for an additional charge, but we did not partake. There were plenty of toiletries and bathroom implements available for our use. Overall it was a great stay and we had a wonderful time.

Very Quaint

The property is as advertised. It is a very nice studio property that is very well-appointed, spacious, and tidy. Amir was very communicative and gracious. He even brought us an iron (there was a steamer but no iron). The directions to the property were easy from the airport and check-in and access was simple. Upon entering the property you will find very nice furnishings in a small, but spacious, unit. You enter into the bedroom area, the kitchen is beyond that, and the bath is off of the kitchen. Each area is very nicely organized. You won't feel cramped at all. The owners have taken great pride in outfitting the spaces. It is a very comfortable unit. They provide everything from movies to chocolates to games to toiletries. They even have alcoholic beverages for sale in the room. Our only warning is that getting in and out of the bathtub to shower can be a little tricky, particularly for people of diminutive stature, as it is pretty high. There is a shower curtain that encircles the tub, so it may be a little claustrophobic to some. We also would like to see alternative seating in the bedroom area, just so you don't have to sit on the bed all the time. Overall, this is a GREAT property. We would recommend it to anyone staying in this area. Amir should be commended for being a great host with a great property.
