The kitchen offers gorgeous granite counters and bar with high end kitchen furnishings, gas stove/oven, formal dining that seats 8, and living room with a fireplace, all in an open setting. Includes single car garaged parking which is rare and highly valued in Pacific Beach! Additional double bed sleeper couch is available. Beach towels provided so you don’t have to pack so much. Includes a BBQ grill provided in a small outside patio on the ground floor, TVs in 2 bedrooms and in main living area. This was a last minute stay for us and tried to keep it on a budget. I was not optimistic until I stumbled on this listing. The bedrooms are very large and the beds are fantastic! Kitchen was very user friendly. They even had boogie boards, chairs and towels (nice ones) not falling apart or junky like most places. If I could see a sliver of the beach from the beautiful roof deck to us would be my new favorite home to stay in.

Nicely maintained property near the beach. Close to all the shops and restaurants in Pacific Beach. The owner is very responsive to messages and answers questions promptly.

I had a great stay.The location is great. It’s a short walk to the beach and the restaurants on Garnet street. I didn’t realize that there were beach chairs, boogie boards and a cart to move them all to the beach. That was a pleasant surprise.And it’s very close to the San Diego Surfing School, which was great. The roof deck was surprisingly large. There was no water view, unless you stood in a certain spot, but it had a nice view of the hills.Any minor issues that popped up were handled promptly and professionally by the host. It all added up to a great stay.

Great location and overall stay

Property was perfect for us, plenty of room, easy walk to the beach and house had what we needed. Was great to have a garage that could fit our large vehicle and communication was fast and easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great, family friendly spot!!

We had a great stay in San Diego! So much is walkable from the condo. Having a parking spot (the garage) is so helpful in this area! The place was clean, and the host was responsive and helpful to any questions I had. It was nice to not have to worry about beach towels, beach chairs as they are provided. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals for the week. We would definitely choose to book this place again!

Spring Break

The property worked well for our spring break getaway from the cold. While the mornings were chilly the daytime was absolutely wonderful. We only had one rainy. We loved that we got to walk almost everywhere or take a Lyft. We may try to book next year—hopefully we’ll get to use the rooftop hangout nxt time this time it was all wet. Thank you Wayne your response time was incredible.

Nice condo and the location is awesome!

The condo was as described. The host, Wayne, was very easy to work with and he had some great suggestions for us. The location of the condo was ideal. Definitely would recommend this property.

San Diego visit

This property was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a great location and we enjoyed walking down to the beach nearby and doing some sight seeing in and around San Diego.

Great spot near the beach

Property was clean and well-maintained. Beds were reasonably comfortable and it all felt accommodating. Owner was very responsive. We did have an issue with entry pad running out of power and one of the backup entry methods also failed so some of us had to wait until the group with the garage door opener got back, but I can't take off a star for something where the redundancy worked but we had part of our group day-tripping elsewhere. Would gladly stay again.

San Diego/Breeders Cup long weekend

Great location and great stay. Close to the beach and easy on the highway to Del Mar racetrack and everything else. Fully equipped kitchen made for easy breakfasts and dinners. Highly recommend.

Great location! Property manager was very easy to communicate. Would consider staying here again. Things to consider having fans in each of rooms particularly the room without windows and a bathroom downstairs!!!

Great location

We enjoyed stay. The apartment is in a great location. Beds are fine even with a bad back. The door from the kitchen to the garage has been removed, which is not compliant with building code. A large tank of propane is in the garage which without a door is like keeping it in your kitchen. The stairway carpet is shoddy and gross. The apartment is spacious throughout except the third bedroom which has no windows and is little larger than the bed. The apartment is comfortable, but far from luxurious.

Great location!

Property was very nice. We enjoyed it. Rooftop was excellent. Garage was really tough to get into. Cars were parked across the street so I couldn't do a three point turn. Parked on the street. Rooms were good and mattresses were nice and firm. Stairs to the bedrooms are pretty steep.

Great location!

It was very nice and convenient. One con we had was no AC and it was hot the week we stayed in August! Hard to sleep since the bedrooms are upstairs. There were a few fans but they didn’t really do the trick and there is no cross breeze. Other than that - all was good!

This is 2.5 blocks from the Law Street beach. I have two beach chairs, toys for kids, beach towels, beach trolley. We have a great Italian restaurant on the corner and surf camp for kids just two doors away.
