Booking process was different than any other VRBO I’ve done before, as you pay through a third party and communicate with a property management off the VRBO website. After figuring all that out, the property management company was easy to work with and communicated well. The condo is definitely older, but it’s in good shape and a GREAT location. Easy access to both pacific and mission beaches. It was well stocked with supplies for the beach, in the kitchen, and it had a high-chair and pack n’ play. Toiletries, bring your own as they give you the hotel-sized sample bottles for shampoo and body wash. Parking in the area is nuts. We had a bigger SUV than we intended (Expedition Max), and we were able to park it in the two-car garage. I do not know that with a vehicle that big that we could’ve fit another in the garage, but there is an area behind fencing by the front door to park another large vehicle if needed. Very pleased with parking. The only odd thing was the third bedroom on the top floor. It’s listed as no AC and not suitable for kids, but something we didn’t realize was that it is almost completely separate from the rest of the house. The small deck is at the top of the stairs in an attic-like approach, and off of the deck is another door that goes into the bedroom. It’s almost like a studio off the deck that is completely separate. I think with the windows open the area would be cool enough at night, but the separation of space was not expected.
