Morgans Breeze is a luxury 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath lagoon front rental house located on Little Lagoon on West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores. Morgans Breeze offers gorgeous lagoon views and beach views, being just across the street from the gulf! The private seasonally heated pool and several expansive balconies all overlook the beautiful lagoon, making them perfect for fun, relaxation, and entertaining. Enjoy the lagoon on your private boat dock for fishing, boating, swimming, or just hanging out! Your group will surely love taking a short walk across the street for a beach day, soaking up the sun, and swimming in the blue water.

This luxurious beach house offers ample living and sleeping space. On the main floor, there is a large great room with big, comfortable sectional couches and a flat-screen TV. This living room is open to the kitchen, fully stocked with appliances, and perfect for entertaining with a large island, bar seating, and a dining table. Also, on the main floor, you will find the luxury master suite, with a king bed, a private bathroom, and views of the lagoon. Finally, there is a utility room and a half bath on this floor.

On the second floor, there is an additional living room and 5 more bedrooms with private bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have king beds, and one of them also has a built-in twin XL. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 queens each, and one of them has another built-in twin XL. The living room offers more seating, a flat-screen TV, butler's pantry, extra laundry room, and balcony access!

Morgans Breeze is perfect for relaxing and entertaining a large group of family and friends! The luxury home accommodates up to 16 guests who will enjoy the ample living space around the house. Although, the true fun begins outdoors on the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast! Whether it be swimming, boating, fishing, beach exploring, or just relaxing, Morgan's Breeze has it all!

Incredible house and location

Stayed with large family and many babies. Wonderful house with lots of space to enjoy. Caught many types of fish off dock. Loved the pool. Beach is an easy walk.

Beautiful getaway

My family thought this may be the best vacation to date. This place was amazing and meant all our needs. The location was perfect, the lagoon provided many fishing opportunities and the beach was a short 5 minute walk. There was 14 in our family and there was space and privacy for everyone. Would highly recommend!

Family trip

We had 3 generations and 11 people …. tons of space for everyone , Beautiful lagoon behind house and beach views in front. Elevator came in so handy during arrival and departure. Will definitely stay again !! Lovely !

Great house with room for everyone

Perfect house for a large family vacation. We've stayed in a lot of rental properties and this was by far our favorite. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of seating (indoors and out), nice decor, and an extra-large kitchen. The property was very clean. The management company was very responsive.

Family vacation

Beautiful house, our group had 8 adults and 7 grandchildren. We had ample room for all and loved the big table that could accommodate our whole group. The pool was a big hit

fabulous!

everything was fantastic. we would absolutely stay again. a few issues here and there with fans & the tv outside not working - but that didn’t bother us. my coworkers & i were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful home in great location

What a gorgeous home! We were a party of 13, three families with six adults and seven kids (three of driving age). The kitchen was very spacious with all the necessities for large groups. The two dishwashers, stove/ovens, and washer/dryers came in very handy. The living area downstairs is huge and the seating area was very comfortable. When the kids were home in the evenings, they would gather in the common area upstairs and watch TV and lounge. They loved the mini-fridge up there! The outdoor spaces were also amazing. Ample decks/covered balconies with adirondacks for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The heated pool was awesome. But I think the biggest hit for the kids was the inlet pier/dock. Every day the boys would be out with their fishing poles and bait. They caught black drum and red fish large enough for us to keep and eat one night! They also caught some smaller fish, crabs, barnacles and other ocean "things"! The beach is an easy walk from the house, and our area wasn't crowded at all. The home is about 3-4 miles outside the main Gulf Shores downtown. The kids enjoyed The Hangout and all the ice cream shops. The Sunliner Diner also saw us a few times during the week. One evening we drove to Flora-Bama and had drinks/danced. We also ate at Doc's Seafood, and Mikee's. Overrall, a great place and would definitely stay there again!

Even better than described

Best rental property we have ever stayed in. We had 14 people in our family, and yet we felt like we had plenty more room. Hardest thing to decide was whether we would play in the ocean waves or fish in the lagoon. We even had a family hide and seek game on the last day - in the house! Two of everything - refrigerators, dishwashers, wash machines and driers, large dinner tables - and an ice maker that kept up with our very high usage!

Enjoyed our stay

We had been to this house twice with a prior agency . One of the reps with the current agency couldn’t say for sure that the pier was repaired ( after the hurricane) or that there was a bbq pit . She said to call when we got there if one was not there . Also she couldn’t say for sure if the elevator was functional . Another rep sent a pic immediately , when I asked if there were still 2 refrigerators . It’s a beautiful home that works for our family . The poor communication with the one rep , was frustrating when we were planning the trip . However , all was well and we enjoyed the week.

Beach trip with our children and their families

The home is beautiful. Expansive views of the lagoon from the living area. We enjoyed the covered porches on the front and back of the house. We did not expect to enjoy the ocean sounds and breezes ,but that is possible on the front covered area off the main living area. Plenty of space to have privacy when wanted. We had two young children ( 7 months and 12 months) that needed naps and were able to let them nap peacefully upstairs. Location is very peaceful. Beach is not crowded. Shipt delivered to our house when we needed extra items and did not want to go out. The pool has a ledge all the way around and worked well for our grandchildren ages 7 and under. l

Perfect spring break house

We brought an extended family of 13 down with us and the house was perfect. Plenty of room and bathrooms, two living rooms to separate kids and adults, and tons of deck space to view sunrise and sunsets! Our only issue was the pool heater but we did not have the best weather so we made the best of it. When the heater was working, and it was sunny outside we were all in the pool- 1 yr old to a 65 yr old! Lots of toys for the kids in the closet for the water and sand. We caught fish off the dock, walked over to the ocean, and simply relaxed in the sun! Had plenty of room when it rained to spend the day indoors. Great house for a large crowd!!!! Thank you!!!

Simply Amazing

Hands down one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever stayed at. The pictures and description of this property do it no justice at all. Our family truly enjoyed every space in this home. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty spaces for everyone to sit and hang out. The living room was perfect for our family to sit and cheer on the LSU Tigers on Saturday night. Thank you so mych for sharing this beautiful property with us. We look forward to renting from Prickett Properties again in the future.

First Class Property

This home is spectacular and is 100% exactly as listed. Pictures are current. Whomever designed this house did a marvelous job. The layout is perfect and every square inch of space is effectively utilized. Great job on build and very nice furnishings. The view of the bay is simply gorgeous; almost as beautiful as the beach. The pier was a favorite of a number of family members. I would recommend this home to anyone. I've rented houses for the last 12 years and my family thinks this was the best one yet. So, I didn't want to take any stars away from the rating because the house is very impressive. It's important to note though that maintenance was slow. The ice machine was broken; not repaired during our stay; the pool was not filtering, which was a concern because of possible bacteria forming (water was a little cloudy) and it was fixed several days after being reported. The elevator stopped working, and this is of significance to us because we had people in our group that needed the elevator due to health reasons. It was not addressed before we left (reported on Wed morning). Last-and smallest of issues - please do your guests a service and get deep pocket sheets that actually fit the bed. -(smile)

Great House

Great house and a great location. Away from all the traffic in Gulf Shores and easy access to the beach across the street. The dock on the lagoon was a very pleasant addition. Would stay again without any hesitation.

Loved our Gulf Shores Vacation

We had 4 families staying with children ranging in age from 4-18. The house was perfect to accommodate everyone. The kitchen/living space was large enough for everyone to utilize. Papa fished with the grandkids off the dock, everyone enjoyed the pool, and we walked across the beach to enjoy the ocean. The outside balcony areas provided a nice getaway, if someone wanted a peaceful setting to read and relax. The house was very comfortable for a family of 14.

Great beach house

We traveled to Gulf Shores to vacation with my parents and my sister and her family. The house was perfect for the group of us with plenty of space for both communal and individual activities. The views are outstanding over the lagoon and beach. We loved being able to sit in the pool while the children were napping. We had so much fun, we are hoping to come back to Morgan’s Breeze in the future.
