There is no shortage of spectacular views, every room gives way to the sights and sounds of the Captiva wildlife. From the spacious living room, a wall of glass opens to a large outdoor sundeck. Enjoy your coffee as the sun rises and you listen to the birds in the surrounding canopy. You'll have no fear of losing outdoor time due to weather. A fully enclosed, air conditioned sunroom awaits you for a cat nap at noon or a quiet spot to read. Love to cook? With high-end Wolfe and Sub-zero appliances, you'll have no trouble creating culinary masterpieces for small or large groups. While you wait for your food to cook, enjoy a bottle of wine while taking in the wondrous lagoon view from another large deck off the kitchen. Beautiful bamboo and tile floors enhance the warmth of the property.
The upper level gives way to a spacious master bedroom and en suite bath. When you wake, watch the sunrise from a southern facing deck as birds take to the skies from the lagoon. The main floor welcomes additional guests or children with two additional bedrooms and a hall bath. A large party deck expands the lower level. Relax in the hot tub as the evenings give way to cooler temperatures, enjoy a game or discussion in the seating area and park your complimentary golf cart under the deck.
Additional amenities include boat dockage, garbage removal and use of the Safety Harbor Clubhouse which includes a heated pool and tennis courts.
Interested in a day at the beach? A short walk will grant you access to miles of the white sandy gulf beach. Here you'll find plenty of opportunity to build sand castles, search for shells or dip your toes in the cool blue waters.
The community of North Captiva is quiet and secluded, enjoy sandy lanes for walking, bicycling or jogging while you admire the breathtaking landscapes.
All bookings include the use of a golf cart and guests also enjoy access to the NCIC club on the island.
