Best location

The 2nd floor deck was worth the whole price of the rental. Owner was very responsive to al communications.

Great Spot

Shari was a phenomenal host. Great communication leading up to and during the trip. Our family of 4 stayed here and the location right by the beach was amazing. The shared pool is a nice break from the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and the unit has all the amenities we needed, as described in Vrbo.

WHAT A VIEW!!

First off, I would like to say that Shari is an ALL STAR! Super friendly, very informative and super understanding with airline issues. The home is just what we needed-well stocked with kitchen amenities, very nice rooms and super cozy feel. The views outside were AMAZING and it was great to be so close to the beach and use the items in the home for the beach. Our trip was cut short 2 days, thanks to the Southwest Airlines snaffoo but Shari was willing to work with us to extend our stay. it didn't work with our schedules -we would defiantly recommend this property and consider coming back. PS-The restaurant recommendations from Shari were spot on and very delicious! Thank you Shari for being so great to work with!! Mark, Tanya and the crew

Really Relaxing!

We are a seasoned traveling family of mom, dad, two kids, and grandmother. We love the area. It is very low key with nearby options to have an adventure, shop, or eat. The home doesn't look impressive at first glance from the road but as soon as you walk inside the beach and beautiful ocean is all you see! It is a very comfortable and very clean home! Same goes for the warm, jetted pool Not! Not a speck of dirt or grim. It is far from a run down rental, and is more of a well-loved home. We had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the comfy furniture, quilts, and plenty of beach towels. Although not listed, the owner let us use a great paddleboard, beach floating mat, beach toys, chairs, etc. It is amazing to walk directly onto the beach and not worry about packing everything...because you can easily walk back up in less than a minute to grab something or use the bathroom. You can't do that in a high rise condo without waiting on an elevator and masses of people. No thanks - We loved this place. The neighbors (other unit owners) were super nice!

Wonderful family time in Belleair Beach

We are a family of four and enjoyed our three weeks stay very much. The house is gorgeous and very lovely decorated. We had a direct view to the beach from the living room and the master bedroom and enjoyed the wonderful sunsets. We appreciated the beach equipment provided as well as the amenities of the house. The kids also had a blast at the large pool - we all enjoyed a wonderful family time in Belleair Beach.

Perfect!

We went here as a family vacation and it was the perfect location, so, so close to the ocean and so easy to run back to the place if you forgot something. They had beach towels, a tent to set up on the beach, cooler, everything you need for the beach. The newly renovated kitchen is beautiful. Bedrooms are great. Nice having a washer and dryer so you don’t need to take as many clothes. We could live forever in the master bedroom just waking up looking out at the ocean or going out on the beautiful deck and chairs! If you didn’t feel like going to the ocean you could just go to the pool instead. It is shared with other places on the property but it was never a problem. There are people who stay right next door since the places are adjoining but never felt like our privacy was a problem. The owner was great for checking in and making sure our stay was good. It’s close to many good restaurants and more popular beaches if you choose to go there such as Clearwater but the quietness of where this is was just perfect for us, we had my 87 year old mother with us and with beach so close we could get her out to the water! But would be perfect for families with small children! OOHHHH and the sunsets are breathtaking! Thanks for letting us make great family memories. The ‘Z’s

Beautiful View

The ocean view the sunsets were so beautiful! The house was so very well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. The dryer was broken but they left quarters for the dryer in the complex which was very nice. The master bedroom was very spacious with such a beautiful view and a great deck off of the master. The other two bedrooms were very, very small so would be good for kids, not adults. We were not allowed to open the windows or leave the doors open to hear the ocean which was disappointing. Also, the beach chairs were broken and very rusted so we had to go and purchase our own. Great beach location, but not walkable to stores and restaurants if you’re interested in that.

Beautiful location ON the Beach!!

Condo is in a wonderful location! Problem with check in, as I did not receive the resort lock email Shari was aware of this the day before check in, yet I never received an email or code. It took to day 2 of me begging on the phone for a code so we could all have access. Also, the door was very hard to open and close, as it was quite rusty. The hurricane sliding doors are old and it took two people to line up the lock to get it open or closed. The condo was not stocked with any paper products, such as toilet paper and paper towels, or any laundry detergent. I alerted Shari to the fact the dryer did not heat, and the response was that she would get someone to fix it. A repair person never showed up, thus I could never dry a load of laundry. Favorite spot in the condo was the second floor balcony where we could watch the sun set every evening.

Beachfront living at its best!

Our 4th year on the property and another great vacation! Property is part of a small condo unit that sits directly on the ocean and is just steps from the beach. Master bedroom has walk out deck that looks directly on the ocean and beach. Property has all the amenities including a heated pool area needed to have an enjoyable vacation. Property is in a quiet area that is still close to all the action. Shari the owner is very accessible and takes great care in making sure your stay is a good one. We enjoy the property and area so much that we continue to come back every year!

Worth a yearlong wait due to COVID!

As advertised and shown in photos...top-notch condition, great beds, incredible location, simply the best place we've ever stayed in almost 30 years of VRBO rentals. Sunsets there are breathtaking, the beach isn't crowded and the folks we met around the pool from the other units were wonderful. Shari is what you want in an owner and helped us through rebooking when COVID forced a postponement of our original booking for 2020. She is forthcoming, honest, responsive and helpful. We'd give it 10 stars if we could!

Great place

The owner was easily accessible and extremely friendly and took care of anything that came up immediately. The location is absolutely perfect. Crowded north and south but less people right there. Centrally located to the Clearwater st Pete’s areas. I would definitely rent again. I would ask for screens on doors and a air conditioner that turns off immediately upon opening doors.

Great house, Great location

Loved this cute little house on the beach! The two full bathrooms are in two of the bedrooms upstairs so anyone in the third bedroom has to go through one of the other bedrooms to use a shower. Just something to keep in mind with the size of your party. Awesome deck off of the master bedroom looking over the beach and a great spot for sunset!

Great Escape

We came for a winter get away and it was perfect! The beach is the front yard and a pool in the back. The view is spectacular! Sunsets are amazing! The property is very clean and has all the amenities of home. There are beach towels and chairs to use for a perfect day on the beach. The property manager was great!

Just what the doctor ordered

I loved walking right outside the patio door walking 20 feet and on the beach. And walk out the kitchen door walk 20 feet to the pool. I had the best of both worlds.

Overall Great Experience

The views and location were amazing. The first day was interesting because a property maintenance guy showed up to replace light bulbs, change HVAC filter, and some other things? He said he was supposed to arrive 2.5 hours earlier (between renters) but traffic was terrible There were some other items that were minor such as multiple light switches that seemed to not turn anything on or off. We spent the majority of our time outside of the townhouse at the beach, pool, or exploring the area. The convenience of the beach being literally out the back door was the best part of the property.

Fantastic quiet retreat on the ocean

A quiet retreat that is steps aways from the ocean with great views as well. We loved every minute of it and enjoyed the pool when we weren't on the beach. Plenty of space for the family to enjoy with great amenities to make the trip one to remember.

Incredible location

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The location and property were perfect for me and my 5 kids ages 6-17. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and was pleasant to work with. We will definitely consider this location again.

Wonderful Beachfront Fun

We had a wonderful time here. The home was very comfortable for 5 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the heated pool, and we were blown away by the closeness to the water. The pictures just can't do the view and accessibility to the water justice! The owner was SUPER accommodating and helpful.

Amazing location and the property was very nice!!

I don’t have the right words to explain what a wonderful vacation rental this is. My family had the most amazing time!! The location is amazing and we saw dolphins every day while on the beach. The house is very clean and well maintained we will be going back again next year. I highly recommend this rental if you want to be at the ocean every day of your vacation. You only have a few steps and you are on a beautiful white sandy beach. Also a good location for restaurants and shopping as Clearwater is only minutes away.

Location, location, location

You cannot beat the location of this rental. We loved the view and watching the pelicans dive for their food every morning. We loved being able to just walk out the door and being right on the water. The house itself was in need of some TLC. Some of the lighting didn’t work and some bedding was stained. Carpeting in a beach house didn’t seem very sanitary. The iron outdoor furniture was pretty corroded and we would’ve enjoyed some additional outdoor lighting in the back, so that we could enjoy sitting outside longer. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay regardless. Loved the location.

This property was well-maintained and very convenient to the beach and restaurants.

My daughter, two grandchildren and I found this property to be perfect! We loved the layout, decor and amenities. Everything we needed from beach towels to the stacked washer and dryer were provided. My grandchildren loved the heated pool and ooed and ahhed when the water changed colors after dark. It even had jets! Parking was convenient. We would love to return for our Spring Break again next year. 🌴❤️

We love this location for it's privacy as well as its proximity to the actual beach. We have small children and love that we are so close that we can hear the baby monitor from the beach.

We are actually ON the beach. As well as that we are so close to the Clearwater Pier as well as Clearwater Marina and so many great places to eat and see.
