Surf Lodge Villa- 5 BDR with Rooftop Deck

Surf Lodge is a beautiful and tranquil 5 bedroom villa with a pool and rooftop deck. It is located on the south side of Providenciales in the very exclusive Long Bay Beach neighborhood surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. Only a 2 minute walk from the villa to beach access and Long Bay Beach! Long Bay Beach's crystal clear and shallow waters are perfect for kite surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling or enjoying long strolls. Surf Lodge is ideal for small groups, like professional kite surfers or large groups like families seeking a secluded, serene, safe and affordable getaway to paradise.

You enter the main building through a cozy screened porch.* Inside on the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, living room and half bath. The second floor houses 2 king bedrooms, each with its own spacious walk in closets, split unit A/C's, en suite bathroom and ocean views. A few more steps up and you will be on the rooftop deck for everyone to enjoy. With ample seating and a spectacular 180-degree view of Long Bay Beach. This deck is ideal for relaxing under the stars, yoga, enjoying drinks with company or watching the sun come up over the tranquil waters of Long Bay.

To the right of the large courtyard and pergola you will find a single bedroom guest house. This guest house has a queen bed, walk in closet and an en suite bathroom. To the left of the courtyard is a second guest house, this time with 2 large suites sharing a central bathroom. Both guest houses have their own secure access to the courtyard and pool deck. From the courtyard you can enjoy the large kidney shaped pool which is ideal for cooling off after a long day at the beach or just lounging around. Last but not least is an outdoor shower and laundry room for your convenience. Surf Lodge is less than 10 minutes from the local gourmet Graceway grocery store.

The Surf Lodge is designed to accommodate guests as a 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedroom villa with the max occupancy topping off at 10 adults.

* The main living space has 2 large sliding doors and is designed to be opened up onto the spacious screened porch. There is no AC in the main living space. (Each bedroom has its own AC)
**Rates are for all 5 rooms. We can offer lower rates if less rooms are needed.
**High season and low season minimum stay requirements will be 5 nights
-Holidays (Christmas and New Years) are rented as a 5 bedroom only with a 7-night minimum stay requirement.

Great, quiet location with amazing host

Surf Lodge was absolutely perfect. Close to Long Bay Beach and fully equipped with everything we needed (beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, coolers, grill, etc.). Claudius was a very courteous and helpful host...he even helped us with a grocery stop on the way from the airport. Roof deck was amazing for sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing. We rented a car (a must do), ate in more than we ate out, and left relaxed and happy. The house was clean, well-appointed, and provided easy access to the beach. I highly recommend Surf Lodge.

Surf Lodge is a great property

The location was in a nice generally quiet neighborhood and easy access to a less crowded section of the beach. The property was nice with the 2 dependencies providing needed space for couples, other family members. There is lots of areas to gather. Given there is no AC on the first floor (all bedrooms have ac), I would recommend a couple of additional fans. And fixing the windows so they can open - it would have been very comfortable with a cross breeze or more fans.George was a fabulous property manager - always attentive and responsive.

House and rooms were as described albeit not nearly as nice. Lots of bugs and no air conditioning in main house was a huge disappointment as it was never mentioned in description of villa. As another review noted, beds were incredibly uncomfortable in the main house. Pictures look very outdated compared to what’s actually available.

Long bay beach

Great house, large enough for a big group to not feel cramped. Loved the upper deck to enjoy the sunsets. Enjoyed the selection of books in the living room. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (except no spatulas) Only downside I would say is the beds were very uncomfortable. Everybody’s backs were hurting after a nights sleep. A comfy mattress pad would fix that easily.

Heaven on Earth

This was the perfect vacation spot for my family and I. We enjoyed the view from the top deck, the peace and privacy of the property, and space to spread out yet be together. Grace Bay is short drive away. We were able to enjoy both Long Bay Beach (across the street) and Grace Bay Beach. Our host met us to show us to the house and was responsive to any needs we had. Felt like home!

A great private secluded place to stay

This accommodation is fantastic. Private and secluded with one of the islands best beaches just a short walk across the road. You will need a rental car for this location, as they are no nearby facilities. Also we had a small issue finding the exact location. Google maps didn’t give the right spot. But thankfully property manager came to our rescue.

We had a fabulous time and very much enjoyed our stay at Surf Lodge! The house is very well appointed, has everything you need and more. Claudius was a pleasure to deal with and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Can't wait to come back.

Overall very nice

Me and my husband and 2 friends just got back from a 2 week stay here. Location was good, close to Grace Bay and all the shops and restaurants but far enough away from it as well. The road in is rough for sure and dusty, lots of construction on the road. House was very nice, pool was excellent!! Rooms upstairs need bureaus or shelving. There is nothing to put your cloths on or in. Big closet to hang things but not enough hangers and you can’t hang everything! Many screens damaged and some blew out from wind. Lots of little tiny ants in the house and the little rooms by the pool, its fine just pesty little things. Do Not drink the water. Its fine for all else but NOT to drink or use for ice. Many hooks and towel hangers and toilet paper holders broken and need fixing. Kitchen was fine had all utensils we needed ect... great beach chairs and coolers and towels. Felt safe. Beach is not far but rough this time of the year with the wind. We went to Smith Beach many days, down in Turtle Cove. Never saw Claudious 1 time and in fact he did not return a call or an email when we where there but a nice young lady did meet us at airport and get us to the house and showed us around. Oh and cleaning ladies used all our laundry soap pods we brought so we has to buy more. But wasn’t expensive and we were offered a reimbursement but didn’t take it. Over all was a great place and would recommend it! The price is well worth it. Definitely rent a car!!!!

Wonderful cottages located on a cute compound.

My family and I had a really wonderful stay here. Cute compound with three separate living areas. Main house has kitchen, living room and has 2 bedrooms and beautiful roof deck. There are two other cottages. One is a two bedroom with jack and jill bathroom and the other is a single with walk in closet and its own bathroom. This place has everything you need. Laundry room, dishes, blender, toaster, grill, first aid bag, alarm system, plenty of sheets and towels etc. It really is like being in your own home. It's very clean. Immaculate. You could eat off the floor. The property manager Claudius was super nice and helpful. Beautiful dipping pool. Not big enough for laps but perfect for post beach. 5 minute walk to Long Bay Beach which truly is a hidden gem...just gorgeous! I hope this description helps. I just can't say enough about this place. We had a wonderful time here and will truly cherish the memories.

Great Vacation Spot for Kiters' and Those Looking for Privacy

We spent 7 nights at Surf Lodge, the location is exactly what we wanted. Walking distance with kite gear to Long Bay Beach. There were 12 of us travelling together with 10 of us staying at Surf Lodge. We had rental cars to get everywhere else we wanted to go for other things to do and see. The house and cottages need some TLC (screens, cupboard doors with loose hinges, loose taps, small things like that) but for the most part it was comfortable. Some comments/questions from our crew include: The pool is beautiful, we are lucky to have one; There is sleeping for 10 but only room for 6 at the dining table and patio table; Could use more utensils in the kitchen and a knife sharpener; Scissors and a corkscrew would be nice too; The upper deck is awesome with views as far as the eye can see; The 500kW electricity usage should be mentioned up front not when you arrive and have to sign the waiver; We ran out of water, called Flore (TCI Escapes) and the water was delivered a few hours later; Lots of towels and linens, laundry facilities are a bonus, could use a couple dish cloths, we did have a new sponge; Stocked with the essentials, dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, some spices, laundry soap, garbage bags, etc.; Clothes line is a bonus; Lots of extras for our use like beach chairs, coolers, umbrella; Lots of stray cats, we had four hanging around, which we did not mind; Flore waited patiently for our late arrival and gave us a good run down on the sights to see and things to do; and Access road to the house is horrendous, then again a lot of the islands' roads are like that. We had a great time and we highly recommend this house. The location is great for kiting (check the tide schedule). It is private and as the description says, tranquil. Grace Bay is not far for other activities but you do need a rental car.

Beautiful conveniently located spacious villa with all the amenities of home

This was a beautiful villa. Great location, very spacious. Amazing property manager who was extremely helpful. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped. The beach was walking distance and the pool was fantastic for the kids. You definitely need a car to stay at this villa. Everything was provided beach towels, sand toys, coolers. Highly recommend it. Just make sure you get the right address VRBO gave us the wrong address so we spent 3 hours looking for it the first day : )

Return trip is a MUST!

I spent a magical weekend in Turks & Caicos with my 3 best girlfriends and our partners. We couldn't have picked a better home than SurfLodge TCI (upon the recommendation of my boss' wife, no less!)! It was the ideal size for us to relax comfortably - whether individually or as couples or as a whole group. The deck is perfect for daydrinking or nightcaps under the sky (we did both, almost everyday!). I just can't believe how quickly time flew by! I've carried the serenity and the beautiful views in my mind's eye since returning from vacation -- but I'll obviously have to go back to take it all in again. Words alone don't do it justice!

Absolutely Amazing!

I rarely write reviews but my experience at Surf Lodge TCI compels me. My family and I had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING time here. The compound consists of 3 buildings. The main house which has 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, 1/2 bath and a roof deck which gives you beautiful views of Long Bay Beach and the Long Bay area. (I think its the highest point in the area). At night, my son and I would be up on the deck to watch the shooting stars. There is much less light pollution on Provo so after about 10 minutes (once your eyes adjust) you see the shootings stars whipping across the night sky. Another favorite thing to do was to go up on the roof deck late afternoon and sip on some local Bambarra rum. So relaxing and pleasant up there. The two other buildings are a 2 bedroom with a jack & jill bathroom and another one bedroom with its own bathroom. Both very nice. The compound is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Out the driveway, turn left, about 50 paces turn right and then up the path to Long Bay Beach where you will probably have the entire beach to yourself. Tourists haven't figured it out yet I guess. When you get back from the beach (or if you are just feeling lazy and don't want to hit the beach at all) you can lounge around the property and enjoy the dipping pool which was soooooo nice. Kids loved it too. We grilled and chilled outside a few nights on the small barbecue. There was always a nice breeze which is why I think I never saw any bugs or mosquitos. And if there are any bugs the cute little geckos get them. (They are native to the island). Another fantastic feature is that there is a Graceway Gourmet less than 10 mins from the house. So we saved a bundle by cooking instead of hitting restaurants every night. Claudius the property manager was really fantastic and helpful as well. My family and I loved this place and definitely will be returning to Surf Lodge TCI!!!

We are soooo coming back here!

The property... gorgeous! (I told my husband to pinch me) The location ... upscale and convenient! The views ... breathtaking! The beach... RIGHT THERE! Water all shades of blue and the sand is so soft This was my first time on the island, but our friends had been there a couple times. I am so happy we chose long bay and not grace bay. Don't get me wrong, grace bay is beautiful, but way too crowded. We grilled, chilled, swam, and bummed around. We were out and about the first two days, but then never left the property (except to walk to the beach) for the last 3 days. We were just so relaxed and had everything we needed right there. Its super fun if you are a big group as each group has their own individual house. No complaints at all. it was a great time and I would definitely recommend Surf Lodge to anyone looking!

A real gem located just steps from the beach!

Located on a quiet road just steps from Long Bay Beach, this tranquil villa was the perfect setting for our idyllic vacation. The Surf Lodge is comprised of three separate buildings offering privacy and all the comforts of home. The bedrooms are very well appointed and I was especially impressed with the amount of closet space--more than enough room for luggage, clothing and then some! The common areas like the living room and kitchen were spacious enough for our entire group to converge during breakfast in the morning and unwind over dinner at night. The rooftop was a real treat and we often stargazed there at night. The pool area was perfect for lounging when we weren't at the beach. It's also conveniently located near the Graceway Supermarket and Gourmet Grocery Store. The property manager, Claudius, was also very attentive and helpful during our stay. Look no further than the Surf Lodge--this place has it all!

Absolute Paradise

I had the privilege to stay at the Surf Lodge for 6 days. I can't recommend staying here enough. I have been to Turks and Caicos multiple times and stayed at ultra-expensive hotels and it did not compare to my experience at this villa. The Surf Lodge is modern, spacious, and private. A fantastic setup for families or couples. A world class beach is less than a five minute walk away which feels like your own private beach or you have the option to stay at the pool. My personal favorite is the rooftop which had amazing views of the ocean and stars at night. The property manager, Claudius, was excellent. He went above and beyond in accommodating us and providing information on the island. I will definitely stay here again. Amazing value!

Amazing place and wonderful property manager.

The villa is huge! It has 5 bedrooms, a pool, hammock, rooftop deck, outdoor shower and much more. Stayed here for 5 nights and I enjoyed every minute of it. The access to Long Bay beach is literally right across the street and the sand is perfect! Powder soft, there are no rocks or shells. I enjoyed that the neighborhood was residential and developed with large villas with nice landscaping. We saw what looked to be Nicki Minaj walking into one of the beach villas across the street. Our kite surfing instructor told us it was the same villa where Kylie Jenner stayed, and Nicki Minaj was there in December so it was possible that it was her. Long Bay is very close to Grace Bay, and where most of the shopping is. We bought our groceries from the Graceway Gourmet near Seven Stars. We stayed in the main house, which was perfect. The kids stayed in one room, while my husband and I stayed in the second. The lodge came with plates, utensils and everything you need in a kitchen and in addition, it has a dishwasher, washer and dryer. We loved watching sunset from the rooftop. The property manager Claudius is wonderful, we felt welcomed and comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone planning on visiting Turks and Caicos.

Stayed here twice already and going back next month!

We have been to Turks many times now, and stayed in this lodge twice. The first time at Surf Lodge was during our second visit to Providenciales in march 2016. Unlike the first time where we got sucked into the tourist traps, we did our research and chose to vacation in the way most seasoned Provo-enthusiasts do! We decided to rent this lodge in the quiet and affluent neighborhood of Long Bay. We chose this lodge because my husband’s coworker had stayed there the year prior, and had nothing but good things to say about it. We are a family of four (me, hubby, 6 &4 year old boys) and we invited my parents, and brother (and his family: wife + son) to join. So all together we were nine. The lodge was perfect for us because it is a three unit home. We had the main lodge, my parents had guest lodge 1, while my brother and his family stayed in guest lodge II. Even though we traveled as a group, we didn’t feel like my family were right there… you know watching and hearing everything - hehe! Everyone felt like they had their own privacy. The house has a nice beachy feel to it. I honestly felt like I was in a friend’s beach house and not a hotel, which was a nice change. We instantly felt relaxed. By the way, the house is on Long Bay Beach drive, which has some pretty expensive looking homes around it… I digress. Long Bay Beach Drive is the road that runs right next to Long Beach, and the access point is a stone throw from this villa. There is usually no one at this beach! My husband and I would go in the mornings to watch the sunrise, then get back before the boys woke up, to make breakfast. Our ritual was to watch the sunrise, eat breakfast, head back to the beach with the kids and grandparents from 10-1pm, Swim in the pool from 2-4pm, then explore the island from 4-7pm. Talking about exploring, the house a very short drive from the ferry, which meant we didn’t need to book a hotel in Middle or North Caicos! We took a couple day-trips to the other islands. We parked our car (free), hopped on the morning ferry and rented a car in North Caicos. Each time we were normally back at the villa by sunset. The villa is also very close to the gourmet grocery store (where we went food shopping) and a smaller food store in the Leeward Marina area. As a mom, this lodge and location was perfect. That's why we came back in December 2016, and we will be staying again next month!

This lodge is gorgeous and close to everything

This lodge is gorgeous and close to everything. I feel so lucky that we found this place at such an affordable price. Safe neighborhood, pristine beach, and privacy! what more could a bunch of girls ask for? I and 2 other girl friends of mine spent 5 days here. My favorite part of the lodge was the rooftop deck. OMG the sunrise and sunsets are unreal! We did yoga each morning up there. The property manager, Claudius, was super and always accessible. You def need a car to stay here, as all the party spots are in Grace Bay. It was nice coming back to a quiet neighborhood after a night of partying... nothing worse than nursing a hangover with little kids or loud tourists around! Go Turks!
