Private Retreat for two with stunning Ocean Front Views

A third floor ocean front beach condo at Topsail Reef in the point, offering an unobstructed spectacular view of the ocean!
A rare experience on a barrier island, on a ribbon of sand. At low tide you have a beautiful secluded beach to enjoy the water and sand, or look for sharks teeth and shells! At high tide, sit on the balcony, watch for dolphins, or relax and read a book while listening to the the waves and sea gulls!
The tastefully decorated condo has everything you need to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable!

Our Oceanfront condo is on the third floor, so there are a total of 38 steps to consider. Beach access is on the first floor.

The Beach condo will be prepared for your getaway to begin as soon as you walk in! The bed will be made, towels laid out, the kitchen pantry will be stocked, we have a Keurig with K-cups, everything is there if you want to cook. We have beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards on the balcony for you to use as well.

Check in and check outs are easy! We will give you a code to unlock the lockbox with the keys to the condo. Parking pass will be in the condo for you to display on your rear view mirror. At the end of your stay just return the keys and parking pass, put the wet towels in the bathtub and we will take care of the rest!

My husband and I stayed for five nights and absolutely love the area, we make it a point to visit at least once a year. Communication with Sharon was smooth and easy.One small recommendation: the bedroom AC unit could be quieter, and it would be helpful if the temperature setting stayed consistent, it kept resetting from 70F to 64F on its own.Overall, everything was great! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a restful stay. Thank you!

Great condo great location.Condo feels very much like home and Sharon has given attention to all the renters needs.The sand bars on the beach make a perfect place to enjoy the ocean and Sharon had us covered with beach towels and beach chairs.Sharon is super responsive and a great communicator.Would not hesitate to book again.

Simply perfect

Saying our stay was wonderful just isn’t enough, The host thought of everything, so many details that made it feel like home. Host was always available for questions. Cozy getaway by the sea

We had a long weekend here for our 10th anniversary. Our host was fantastic. Great communication and very thoughtful amenities. Definitely over and above what we expected. The condo was comfortable and well-maintained. Amazing to be basically right in the ocean!

Anniversary/Birthday Celebration

Sharon was an excellent host. Property was in a great location right on the beach. Had a minor hiccup with A/C unit but Sharon saw to it that it was taken care of immediately. Couldn’t ask for a more relaxing vacation. Will definitely visit North Topsail beach again!!

On the Beach

This is a nice, well taken care of condo right on the beachfront. The ocean comes right up to the building during high tide 🌊 which is one of my favorite things about this property. You can see and hear the waves crash against the sandbags. Sharon is an excellent host.

Paradise

What a lovely, quiet and peaceful vacation. If there is a way to stay any closer to the ocean, I would like to see it. We had an amazing time this past week, and the north end of Topsail Island is hands down one of my favorites now! Thank you again, for a wonderful vacation!

Relaxation

The property description and pictures were very accurate. Host was amazing with communication and went above and beyond in insuring we were comfortable through so many extra amenities. Seriously, we only had to bring our clothes and dinner. The place was very quiet and permanent residents were all friendly. Like others said, you only get about 6 hours of beach time in front of the place but can easily walk to another location. Very relaxing and peaceful.

Beautiful ocean views

It was perfect for two people. We enjoyed it and the ocean was right there. Sad that the beach front is being washed away. You can walk a little ways and have more sand though. I loved it there.

Quaint Beach Rental

Firstly, the host was very accommodating! Left snacks, small breakfast, and essential toiletries for us. The rental was fully equipped and perfect for just two people. The beach in front of the condo is not accessible at high tide but that’s ok, because you can access the beach with a small walk OR you can sit on the balcony and watch the waves hit right under.

Always a great time at the Private Retreat . . .

This is our third time at this gem on North Topsail Beach and we mean right on the beach. Sharon and her family have created an amazing get-away at this one bedroom / one bath condo. It is always very clean and anything you want is supplied by this super host. Don't miss the opportunity to really relax and play on North Topsail Island! You will love it!

A lovely getaway!!

This was a great getaway for my son and me. The condo is exactly as described. You are literally on the water and the sounds of the surf are amazing!! Sharon is the most gracious host! I wanted for nothing! She has everything you need to start your getaway! If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable, place right on the water for two, this is the place! I will definitely be coming back when it’s a bit warmer!☀️

Great location and has everything you might need

The location on the beach is lovely and being so far north means you are away from the crowds of the access points closer to Surf City. The space is stocked with all needs including towels, spices, and bathroom supplies. The space is cooled by two freestanding air conditioners that do a pretty good job but may be overwhelming to anyone with sensitivity to noise. We had to leave one day earlier than anticipated. It was greatly appreciated that there was not a list of tasks associated with checking out so that we could be on our way on short notice!

Relaxation Paradise

You can not get any closer to the beach! The property owner responds quickly and is extremely helpful. She has went above and beyond with stocking this property! Chances are if you forgot to bring it, it doesn't matter, she has thought of it and made it available. The steps could be a slight challenge for some. Besides that, it's wonderful. We found this to be the perfect place to get away for some much needed R&R and couple time. We would definitely stay again!
