Our villa is located on the beachfront of Playa Las Ballenas, the best beach in Las Terrenas. Unlike most large villas you won't even need a car to get around unless you choose to. Swim in the ocean or lie on the beach and seconds later play in the pool chill in the garden. All just steps from a large terrace with seating and dining for 22+ guests! See the spectacular sunsets from one of the decks or take a short beach walk to the bars and restaurants of Playa Las Ballenas, or downtown Las Terrenas. Lounge around on the beach with a cocktail or snorkel the coral reef just meters from the property. Our newly remodeled and expanded villa with flexible sleeping arrangements and multiple terraces has something for everyone.
The grand villa of over 5000 sq ft is located right next to the magnificent coconut tree lined 'Playa Las Ballenas' beach in Las Terrenas.
The house features 8 bedrooms, each with in-suite bathrooms, for a maximum of 22 adults, and if you need more space ask about the apartment that sleeps 4 more.

*1 bedroom with 1 king and 2 queen beds, ensuite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the ocean.

Tons of room, clean and well-kept, a very helpful host, a big, fun pool and endless beachfront = an amazing vacation in a fun, exotic, and safe place.

The greatest vacation home!
This is without the dream home that anyone would ever want!! It has the perfect amenities, staff, security and location. My wife and ai decded to have a mini vacation, wedding and recpetion all here and it was the best decision ever.

Wonderful villa and right on the beach.
This is great villa for a family and/or friends get together. The villa has everything we needed and it’s right on the beach.
We enjoyed playing volleyball in the garden and there was plenty of swimming pool toys as well as full size pool table.

We had a group of 13 (3 different families). Our experience was truly unforgettable. There was more than enough space to accommodate all of us. The location, the pool, the yard were all perfect. Hiring Chef Ray is a must! Fred/Julie, along with the rest of the house staff, go above and beyond to accommodate you, before and during your stay. We had a true vacation, as we didn’t have to lift a finger. If I could “complain” about one thing (which is out of anyone’s hands), is the small amount of hot water for showering and the bugs- but that’s to be expected in a tropical destination! This is a true gem, and a wonderful value for the money.

Fantastic stay
We were back in Las Terrenas after 10 long years and we couldn't have booked a better villa for our large group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday. The location is perfect, the layout great and the staff fantastic. Julie and Fred were extremely helpful and resourceful. Thank you!

Samana did not disappoint and we could not have asked for a better place to enjoy it. Fantastic!
Everything about this place was great. We felt at home here. Staff were attentive and friendly. Fred connected us to an amazing chef who prepared delicious meals for us each day. We also met his lovely wife who coordinated dance class at the home. Perfect location to enjoy the beauty of the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa Los Secretos
A terrific home in the perfect location! Villa Los Secretos couldn't be more perfect. From the house to the attention to details from the house manager Julie this place was magical. Everything on the listing is exactly the way it was. I can't wait to go back and enjoy this home.

Large Family vacation
From the moment we walked in everything was perfect for us . Our family enjoyed the villa so much. Love the location of the villa . We loved how the indoor flows with the outdoor making it very comfortable to entertain.. We would definitely will come back to this villa . Everyone was super helpful & nice . As other guests have commented, Villa Los Secretos is across the street from a beautiful, long stretch of beach boasting calm, warm water and close to shore snorkeling. It is walkable to many restaurants, and only a short drive to Las Terrenas. However, while a memorable vacation was had by our entire family, we wish we had been made aware of several things prior to renting. The kitchen lacked the usual condiments, plastic storage containers, aluminum foil, paper napkins, etc. that we have found in other VRBO rentals, either left by previous renters or provided by the host. We mentioned this to Fred, and hopefully he will better stock the kitchen for future guests. Also, while the housekeeper cleaned up after breakfast and lunch, a dishwasher at dinnertime for large families would have been welcomed.

A little piece of paradise!
We recently staid in this amazing house with a group of 12 adults. The house was in prefect conditions and very well located. It is in front of the beach... you only have to cross a small road. The pool is also great. Fred and his team helped us organize some activities and provided valuable information. Clean towels and fresh beach/pool towels available every morning. Highly recommend to hire a chef so you can enjoy some of your meals in the house. Rooms where very clean and comfortable each one with its own air conditioning unit. It is a little piece of paradise!!

Trip of a lifetime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't think, just book :)
Our stay at this property in Las Terrenas was nothing short of amazing! Fred, our host, went above and beyond to accommodate us before, during, and after our stay. His attention to detail was impressive, and his wife, Julie, coordinated everything else—transportation to and from the airport, a fun dance class, menus for our private chef, a bartender, a boat day, and driver to take us around town. Whatever we needed, they had it covered and responded quickly!
The private chef and house staff exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend using the chef for breakfast and lunch daily, and for dinner on nights you want to relax at the villa instead of exploring the town. The meals at the house were just as good if not better than what we could find in town - HIGHLY recommend :)
The property itself was spacious and comfortable for our group of 15 adults. Honestly, the pictures don’t do Las Terrenas justice—it's even more beautiful in person! We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent location for a business retreat
We had a team of 11 (US, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Peru) for a small leadership for a week. What a great location, villa, staff and all.Communication - Exceptional. Easy and responsive. The staff provided suggestions for chefs, bartenders, etc. Constantly checking on us the entire time without being too often.House staff - Once again exceptional. Always responsive and eager to assist. From Renee with the house cleaning to Angel with the grounds they did a great job.Location - Steps from the beach, which is beautiful white sand and plenty of space on the property that is close to town makes this property ideal.Chef/Bartender - Management recommended a chef for us and he and his team were outstanding. Attentive to allergies (and aware of cross contamination) and provided great food and really nice people for the week. Overall - This is a great property with so much to offer. Close to town of Las Terrenas and plenty of restaurants close by. You truly will not be disappointed!

Best family trip!!
We had an incredible experience at this villa. All 19 of us under one roof and we were really hoping we wouldn’t feel like we were on top of each other. I can tell you we definitely weren’t! The layout was awesome and each room has its own bathroom with shower. The balcony terrace was perfect for morning coffee and especially for any short burst of rain that may came through. We had 9 kids of all ages and each said it was the best trip ever. The pool was perfect, had a little area for the toddlers to wade in. We played lots of games on the big front yard. Cornhole included! The housekeeper and maintenance guy were always available when we needed something, such lovely people! We used the chef for some of the nights and the food was 10/10. Service and clean up was also so helpful with a group that size. Communication with hosts was really good. The beach is beautiful right in front of the villa. So much to say but a big thank you to Julie and Fred for making this milestone moment unforgettable! They also took care of services we need like shuttle to and from the airport and small requests we had before arriving. We hope to come back to las terrenas!!!

Something for everyone in one gorgeous villa!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is. We had a big group of family and friends, with both kids, teens and adults, and everyone had a wonderful time!
First of all, location was fantastic! We had a beautiful stretch of beach right in front of the villa. The covered patio is huge with plenty of seating, more open space, and part of the pool had a platform under the covered area so the little ones (and some of the adults) were wading in the pool without worrying about getting too much sun. For those of us that wanted some sun, we had plenty of lounge chairs available, but also umbrellas were available when we needed shade. The lawn is equipped with cabanas, bean bags, hammocks, a swing and a game of cornhole, and there was still so much lawn space available. The rooms are well decorated and the en-suite bathrooms are a huge plus because we never had to fight for a bathroom. Also, the upstairs balcony has the best view!
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and always with smiling faces! Angel always had the lawn all set up and pool ready for us every morning, and helped us with pretty much anything we needed. Janet made sure the house was clean and tidy at all times.
I’m sure I missed something but that’s because there’s so much to rave about this place. Everyone in our group loved it and didn’t want to leave! Highly highly recommend this place for big groups and family gatherings!

We a group of 11 adults inclu ring teenagers enjoyed every moment of our stay. Excellant service , day and night gardians, housekeeping, and other. Fred an excellant host always availlble . The only recommandation is improving the directions adding another sign at the main entry. I highly recommend this VillaI

It's the biggest Villa on the best playa, Las Ballenas, in Las Terrenas. The garden is huge, the beach & ocean are steps away, as are the many bars and restaurants and activities of Las Terrenas.

You are at the best beach in the Dominican Republic. Most large villas require cars to experience the beach, cusine and nightlife of Las Terrenas. At Villa Los Secretos everything is in walking distance. And if you do not want to leave the property just enjoy one of the largest pools and gardens in Las Terrenas.
