Direkte udsigt over bugten, designerindretning! Trin til sand.

Beliggende på Scenic Highway 98 i det smukke Crystal Beach samfund, lige på tværs af gaden fra det sukker hvide sand og smaragdvand i Mexicogolfen, er dette kystsamfund en vidunderlig tilbagetog.
Skal være 25 år gammel for at leje.

Fotos af ny sofa snart. Vores for nylig renoverede ejerlejlighed ligger på første sal med en spektakulær udsigt over bugten. Fra gårdhaven kan du se på det smukke smaragdvand. Pool, boblebad og grillplads ligger kun få skridt væk. Strandadgang er lige på tværs af gaden.

Det store soveværelse med queensize-seng har en separat indgang til det rummelige badeværelse, som har et jacuzzi-badekar. Køkkenet er lyst, rummeligt og fuldt udstyret. Køjesenge er indbygget i hallen, og en sovesofa er inkluderet for at rumme yderligere gæster. Der er også en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler inkluderet i enheden.

Denne vinter blev der indført et nyt køkken med bordplader af granit, stanless stål apparater, nye skabe og mange andre amentier.

Great spot for small family

The kids loved the bunk beds. Master bed mattress is really comfortable. Just steps to the pool and beach. Ground floor is unbeatable

Enjoyed the local coffee shop with their music. Nice access to the beach. Close to nice restaurants and shopping. Friendly neighbors. Great places to walk.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great! The public beach access is across the street. Very close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay there again!

Month long stay. Condo was comfortable and was close to beach. I would recommend staying at this location.

Definitely staying again!!

We absolutely loved it, super cleans and right down from the beach. The only thing we didn’t get was a updated parking pass, but hey we just changed the date and made it work.!! Over all hands down 5 Stars. Great choice for a honeymoon stay!!

We had an absolute AMAZING TIME! less than 5 min walk to the beach, and there is litterally stores within walking distance. I highly recommend to everyone!! We will be bk :)

Birthday trip

This is a cozy little condo with all the necessities. Close to everything including a nice restaurant next door. Only 5 minute walk and you're on the beach. Perfect for a couple with kids or 2-3 adults. This is our 2nd trip here and we plan to do it again.

Very nice!

The property was nice especially for the price. Could definitely use some updating. If I had to say anything negative it would probably be the lack of beach towels when we showed up, paper towels toilet paper etc. But overall the location can't be beat.

The condo is listed as ‘ocean view’. Not an accurate description as only a sliver of the ocean is visible and only if outside. Owner/rep left a quite extensive detailed list of items for checkout, including a call to the maid to tell her when we plan to be out of the unit. Checkout is at 10:00, this should be when the maid knows to clean. The details are written in a tone reminiscent of a parent chastising a child - even telling us to keep coins and paper clips off the floor so it doesn’t break the vacuum.

Relaxation Station!

This condo is absolutely fantastic. It has everything you need and is steps to the beach. It is very clean and well maintained. You can see the ocean from the porch and is great in the morning to sit and drink a cup of coffee. We packed our wagon each day and walked to the beach at the public access with a bathroom and showers. We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to next year. The owners are helpful and quick to respond. If you get to stay here, you are lucky! Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Get what you pay for

Great price and location. If you're staying more than one night, be prepared to bring trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and beach towels. I suggest checking the bed sheets as the check out instructions are very adamant that you DO NOT strip the beds. However, the other cleaning instructions have you doing everything except mopping and vacuuming the floors. As a frequent traveler, this is the first time I have encountered this.

Our stay at carribean dunes

We were not sent instructions for getting into the unit and had to call, causing stress. When we walked in there was dried food on the living room floor. Then, the TV didn't work. We called and Susan did get a guy to come fix it that afternoon, bad remote. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the condo. Even with the early issues we would definitely come back again.

I refunded for cleaning. Apparently there was a bag sitting on top of the crumbs and cleaning missed it. It was july 4th but i still got the remote fixed. Again pls be sure you have your check in instructions before you leave town. They are emailed and sometimes go to spam.

Nice property, untrusted and rude owner

I stayed with my family at the given property between 6-8 of October. The instructions we had prior arrival to the property included the details on how to use the keypad lock and the backup box. It didn't include any instructions about the deadbolt lock though. On 7th October we went out of the apartment from the back door (it's on the ground floor) and left the deadbolt locked, as I knew the backup box contains the key to unlock the front door. The keys didn't match the deadbolt lock nor the backdoor. Hence, we got stuck out of the house. I called Susan (the landlord) and asked for her assistance. She said she's not there, but advised to call a lock picker and said that if it's my mistake - i'll pay for it, otherwise she'll reimburse me. After the lock picker opened the door, we called Susan and he explained that the keys didn't match. Susan and I spoke a few minutes later and she said she's going to reimburse me for the fee I paid - $70. After a while I asked why she didn't reimburse me and she ignored my messages. In the second attempt she said she's going to reimburse me at the end of the month, but again, she didn't reimburse me. Additionally, her language was extremely unpleasant (getting into her expense calculations and blaming me). Bottom line - I would recommend to be careful of the people you make business with. If I had the chance to read such review before I rented the property, I would run away from this deal.

I have managed property in Destin for over 20 years. This is my first negative review. I stated that I would pay for the locksmith if the issue were my fault, that I pay at the end of the month etc. I have a push button lock on the front door, with back up keys for that lock if it should fail. Which it did not. I have keys for the sliding glass door, he did not take those with him when he left. He locked the dead bolt and didn't take the keys provided. I do not see how this is my fault. He proceeded to text, call, email and threaten me to get me to reimburse him. I am a fair person but I will not be taken advantage of and pay for something out of fear of a negative review. I do not appreciate being harassed. I welcome all guests and go out of my way to accommodate everyone. My condo is in a great location, very clean, updated and has many upgrades. I am sorry he felt the need to try and hurt my owners income by posting this negative review. I sincerely appreciate all of my guests and have some that have rented from me year after year. Great Location

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was perfect for a family of four. The bunk beds are really good size. They were bigger than other condos we stayed at. The Master Bedroom bed was really comofortable. Staying on the first floor was nice for an easy walk to the beach. The beach entrance is right across the street and has a ramp. This was key because we bring a wagon to get all of our beach gear down to the beach. You really can't beat the location of this condo right next to the Cafe and a great restaurant at night. I will note that the wifi password on the fridge was wrong but the password can be found on the bottom of the modem behind the TV. The internet was really fast which was nice.

Amazing location!

The condo is really beautiful, you Can feel like home! Just make sure when you are going to the public beach take the left entry (from the property) because the right entry is really tiny, that part to the gulf have a lot of private beaches. No complaints with this property! Definitely I’ll come back!

No spare key

We made the mistake and left through the back door with the front door bolted. Take our mistake and just be sure you don’t do the same. Susan was less than friendly and let us know that we had to call a locksmith - $250, it cost us! Then we wake up to a huge roach on the floor. I know this is just one experience and hopefully it won’t happen to any of you but just beware. Everything else was fine.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE…Stay away from this place

Property manager is horrible at replying to your calls or messages. Where should I start, we’ll, she gives the wifi login but no wifi name so it was impossible to find it as there were so many in the area. I sent her a message but never got a reply. Next, she states not to lock the dead bolt on the front door if you leave as you will lock yourself out but she also states on the website the password to unlock the back up keys in case you do lock yourself out but wait….THESE KEYS DON’T OPEN ANY OF THE DOORS. I called her and she was upset for me actually call her to inquire about this and was very rude and told me that I needed to pay a locksmith to open the door. So I was lock your of the condo for hours and landlord (Susan) didn’t care. The locksmith showed up and she and her husband also happened to be property owners and I explained the situation and they completely agreed with me and stated that backup keys are to get access to the condo in case this happens. I contacted Susan and she stated that she did not care about my money and that she was not reimbursing me for the cost of getting a locksmith….I talk to a family staying a condo down the street and asked if they were provided with extra keys and they went and Chevy and found out that they were and the keys ACTUALLY open all the doors. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF a headache and book somewhere else.

The lock situation is very clear. I was out of town and he harassed me non stop. I have been managing property for 28 yrs. On Airbnb I am a super host. I could have covered his locksmith but I didn’t appreciate the bully mentality. He was mad that he locked himself out and was mad about it and started the conversation very aggressively.
