This is a beautiful second floor condo overlooking the pool, with a Gulf view, and only steps to the beach! We are located in a quiet, upscale area, very close to all of Destin's great amenities!

Grand Caribbean West is a quiet condo building surrounded by a tropical décor, in the clean, beautiful Crystal Beach area of Destin. Come enjoy the gorgeous view of the turquoise water and white sand of the gulf.

Grand Caribbean West has a seasonally heated swimming pool and a barbecue area. Plenty of parking space behind and in front of the building with very easy access to the units.

We are very close to the vibrant activities of Destin. Shopping, world-class dining, golf and tennis can all be reached in minutes. The street you cross to access the beach is called Scenic Highway 98, and for a good reason. It meanders through a picturesque, clean cut, upscale tropical area and is a slow-paced street with many speed-bumps and pedestrian crossings for your safety.

Please understand that, although this unit may sleep up to 6, IT WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE 6 ADULTS!

Nice staying

We really love the area that this condo is located. The only cons was that there is no elevator or ramp on the back side of the property.

I asked the host how much to check in early and she didn’t charge me anything and told me that I can come as early as I wanted! The place was nice and close to everything.

Great Location

Condo was very nice for 2 adults. Great location just across the street from the beach and public access. Partial view of the ocean from balcony. Walking distance to at least a couple of restaurants. Beaches are beautiful!

Great location

I had a wonderful relaxing time at this condo. Hopefully I can come again next year. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Absolutely loved the heated pool. Neighborhood is walkable and bike friendly. The condo is comfortable.

Great Spring Break Getaway!

This property was clean and very centrally located to the beach, shopping, and restaurants! Fan, the owner, is super sweet and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful the property was right on the beach and was very clean we hope to stay there again our next vacation. The owner was also very helpful for letting us check in early due to arriving way earlier than we thought.

The listed house rules were bit overwhelming but then host communication and property itself were amazing. The public beach access at walking distance helped us to overcome the busier than anticipated traffic in the area around.

Small but nice

The location of this condo is great. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Not much storage for bags, etc but cute lil place. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend

Overall are stay was great the only complaint is I didn’t feel I should be charged 35.00 to ship charger to me I should have been charged for postal only because it was your communication that stopped me from coming back for my charger ( you clearly put change in message not charger)

Cute little condo

Good experience. Easy access to the beach, just right across the street, less then a5 min walk. Bed was a little small for my husband and i to sleep together, because I'm a bed hog. But plenty of room for him to sleep somewhere else, lol. I would recommend this place!

Great Week at the Ocean

This is the second time that we have stay in a condo at the Grand Carribean West. We love how close this condo is to the ocean with a small view of the of it as well and being close to Destin Commons was fun too.The pool is a great plus for my kiddos but the hot tub was closed while we were there which was a major disappointment for my kids since that is something that they really looked forward too because they had so many great memories of it from a few years ago. Overall, we enjoyed our stay - the property was great, the condo was clean, and sleeping areas were great for my young kids.

First Timer in Destin

We found the condo to be as advertised. We absolutely love the location for the following three main reasons. To steal from popular realters verbiage...location, location, location. You couldn’t ask for better proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Well, you could ask but you might be disappointed. We really enjoyed the warm welcome from other renters as well as owners in the complex. Communicating with our host was a delight. Responses were timely (usually within a few hours) and always contained the information needed. We submitted a request for a few items and with no questions asked, all were provided. If available, we wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again should we revisit Destin.

Room 209

The location was great but the dishwasher need replaced it keep running on it's on and the water is everywhere on the floor. When I called the next day she told me it need replace without even informing me when i checked in to room 209. Same thing with the microwave keep running on it's one and the stove. This is something they check for safety.....

Great location

The description and pictures of this rental is accurate. Easy check in/out process. Wonderful location. Condo had many appliances, pots, pans and dishes as May be needed. We truly enjoyed this rental and will be back.
