Lake of the Ozarks: Gibson Point/Gravois Mills Lake House: 4 mm Gravois Arm

Escape to relaxation at this charming three-bedroom, two-bath Lakefront home! This ranch style Lakehouse has a few steps to the front door and several more to your own private dock and fully furnished fun packed boathouse including, ping pong table, Foosball table, Dartboard, Arcade style double basketball hoop, giant connect-4, and a mini fridge to keep your drinks cold and popsicles frozen.

The interior of the lake house will welcome you with a massive wall of windows overlooking breathtaking lake views with the most colorful sunsets! Gather around the large dining room table to enjoy meals, play games, do puzzles or to plan your next day adventure! The kitchen is fully Equipped with all the essentials you need to cook your favorite meals!

Groceries & supplies are just a short drive away. Take the Community Bridge to spend the day at the Outlet Mall in Osage Beach, or the souvenir shops on the Bagnell Dam strip. There are many great restaurants within minutes away by boat or land. We are across the lake from Jolly Rogers, around the corner from Lake Burger and a few miles from Coconuts beach bar and grill!

If you love FISHING, this is the spot for you! You can cast your line right from the dock and into our established crappie beds which attract a great variety of fish! Turtle lovers- Keep an eye on the water, these adorable little visitors love to glide around our dock!

We have a spacious deck with a gas grill for all your BBQ's and cookouts, a dining area to enjoy your outdoor meals and a sitting area with propane fire pit where you can relax and enjoy the gorgeous views by the fire!

The dock is partially covered and has a picnic table. You’re welcome to bring your own boat or rent one from the nearby marina! We have one boat slip space available for your use. For extra fun, enjoy our pedal boat, canoe and Lilly pad! Bring your own fishing gear & life jackets.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. Indian Rock Golf Course & Westlake Cinemas are both close by and minutes away to Jacobs cave for a little spelunking.

The front of the lakehouse is nestled among a beautiful wooded area, home to abundant wildlife. From playful squirrels, visiting deer, foxs, possums, bunnies and countless birds, including a majestic eagle that lives in a nearby tree!

We look forward to welcoming you and your family to our Lake House! So pack your bags and come make unforgettable memories! Please note: This property is equipped with exterior security camera, located by the front door and over looking the driveway.

Property was spotless and the views were awesome. Just across from Jolly Rodgers restaurant/bar. The kitchen was stocked with about everything you would need.

My group and I had a wonderful vacation at this place. The interior is clean and comfortable. The deck is spacious and has a great view of the lake. The dock is fun for swimming off of and fishing. We caught enough bass and catfish for a fish fry for the whole group. The owner is available for assistance should any issues arise. We enjoyed our stay and may come back again.

The house was absolutely perfect for our two families. We loved the view from the house, and really loved the open floor plan. The extra game room at the dock was wonderful for our three boys. I think my favorite part might’ve been the swing seats on the dock in the mornings with my coffee and a book. Jim was a very personal and wonderful host as well. I really appreciate how easy it was to contact him when we needed something.Highly highly recommend this home!

Beautiful Place to Stay!

We had never been to this area before. This was a very nice place right on the lake. Beautiful sunsets overlooking the lake and such a fun open house. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Relax on the lake

We had the best time. The hosts were very gracious and friendly. We enjoyed the house right on the lake, swimming, fishing and canoeing. The house was clean and had everything we needed We will definitely go back and stay again.

Perfect stay

Everything was as listed. We stayed at the property every day and didn't want to leave. Perfect for grilling out, swimming, fishing and boating. The location was easy to find and the house couldn't have been better.

Perfect set up

We really enjoyed the boathouse & dock area and feel it adds tremendous value to the property! We could hangout there all day and yet have the expansive deck attached to the home for a different view & evening dinner

Beautiful view of the lake

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The views from the property are amazing. Everything was just as described. The game room was a nice feature that we used a lot. The boats create a lot of waves, but we enjoyed it. It’s about a 40 minute drive to the strip, but it’s very doable. We enjoyed a few days on the water, but also went to the strip for lunch, shopping and ice cream. Would definitely go back here! Thank you!

Wonderful house, great location, lots of fun!!

The house and lake are beautiful. Location was perfect for going to hot spots, the water gets rough on Saturday so boats and wave runners get thrown around easily at the dock. Lots of biting spiders on the dock and in the garage but we partied there anyway!!! Owner Jim is so sweet and is very helpful. We will be back, already planning for next year!!!!

Comfy house with stunning views

We had a great time at this home. The house is wonderful, comfy and beautiful appointed. The views are amazing. We loved the ping pong table and all the inflatables we could us. The Lili pad was great too. The porch and the deck invites dir hanging out. The fire pit was awesome for smores. The owner was really kind too. We came during the July 4th weekend and the water at the dock was quite choppy making it tricky to canoe or swim, especially for the kids. The water calmed down after the weekend. Overall a great stay in a lovely location.

Vacation with friends

The house was great, an amazing view and great outdoor living spaces. Nearby Laurie with grocery stores and restaurants. The first day we were there, the A/C had an issue. Jim the property manager was super responsive and had the A/C working again in just a few hours. We had our 6 year old with us. She loved fishing off the boat dock and hanging out on the lily pad. We also met the neighbors Doug and Sue the next dock/house over. Very friendly and helpful.

Great Lake House

The Lakehouse was perfect for our little adults only get away. The host was extremely helpful and gracious through the entire process of booking, asking questions, arrival and checkout. We enjoyed sitting in the boat house, playing games and fishing off the dock. We stayed during the very lake busy Labor Day weekend. Other then the boat traffic which caused HUGE waves that gave our boat a little bit of damage due to there not being a lift to use (no fault of anyone) we were very happy with our stay. Buy mid Monday afternoon, the boat traffic slowed down and the lake was calm and beautiful! We would definitely return to this property, just not if we are bringing our boat to the very busy holiday lake!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an excellent stay as a family of 5 plus our 4-legged friend! The home was the perfect size and very clean! Beds were comfortable and all needed items were available at the house! The full kitchen and grill allowed for relaxed evening meals to be prepared at the house. We greatly enjoyed hanging out at the dock house and swimming in the morning, afternoon and evening. The neighborhood is quiet and rural. We saw many deer and other wildlife. There are several restaurants and stores within about 10 minute drive. It was approximately a 45 min drive to Osage Beach and other “touristy” areas. The lake was calm enough for kids ages 8-14 to swim without issue. The lily pad, rafts, and paddle boat were used often, and we were so thankful to not have to find somewhere to rent these items. My kids were immediately asking to return next year! A great experience and the owners were very responsive!
