Relax, Unwind and have a great time at Two Beaches! We have everything you need for an amazing time away. We are in the beautiful community of Serenity Point which is located at the southern tip of Topsail Island ~ allowing you beautiful views of the Topsail Sound and tranquil sounds of the Atlantic Ocean which are both just steps away. Walking to either or both beaches daily offers you much quality time with family and friends or just long reflective beach walks. Right next to our condo is the private community Pool which is for Serenity Point members and guests only.
Our home has two bedrooms, one loft, three full baths, a newly remodeled kitchen, washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, two porches and an outdoor shower.
We think our condo is great for up to five people!

Unforgettable Family Vacation

We had the BEST time staying at Two Beaches. It was our first time at Topsail. The home was super clean and well equipped with beach gear and bikes for the whole family. My kids said the couch was so comfy they actually slept there a couple nights! Communication with the owners was a breeze and they made check-in and checkout super easy. We will definitely be back soon!!

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was wonderful and we had no real complaints. The listing is accurate and we had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The property is very conveniently located at the very tip of the island and is the perfect spot to enjoy both the sound and the ocean. The property owner was so helpful and available any time. In my experience, this property owner was one of the best we have ever had.We would recommend this property for anyone that wants a laid back beach vacation.

Quite beach getaway

The rental was beautiful with a modern beachy feel! Very close to the bay and beach. We enjoyed the quite family experience it offered. The property owners were very accommodating and helpful as well.

A warm and inviting home set in the perfect location. We had easy access to the beach and sound. Hosts provided great suggestions for local spots to check out. We already miss Topsail!

Salt Air, Ocean Breezes, and Relaxation

Wonderful time in this little get way at Two Beaches! Perfect for our family of 3. Mara was attentive without being intrusive, property allowed for enjoyment of both ocean and waterways (great for win the Rip Current is brutal). Will definitely be back again.

Amazing place for your family and AMAZING sunsets

We had an amazing time at this property, perfect for our little family of four. We loved the option of the sound side, ocean side, the pool, it was all amazing. The sunsets you get at the house are AMAZING! We will definitely be back and stay next summer!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Two Beaches! The property was amazing and was exactly as the pictures showed online. Everything was clean and accessible. We also are so appreciative of our hosts. Wonderful house with everything you could want/need! Highly Recommend

We were very pleased with this property! It was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked and you can’t beat the location. Mara and Barry were excellent communicators and provided us with lots of helpful info. that made our first trip to Topsail really special.

Great trip!

We had a great time in this condo and loved Topsail beach. The unit is walking distance to beach, the sound and the pool which was great for our kids. The owners were great and were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this condo again and recommend it to any family. Thank you for everything!

We were blessed!

We have been staying at Serenity point for 15 years and this has been the best place we have stayed. The hosts provide so many “extras” and made our check-in- check-out process so easy. They provided all the information we needed before we had time to ask. Hope we can book this house next year!

Great place with 2 beach options

The property was excellent. The photos online are a perfect representation of the place. Walkable to 2 beaches - 1 a little smaller and more still (perfect for little kids). Bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Approx 15-20 min from a large Publix and Walmart grocery center. Hosts did a great job of providing me with info ahead of time and answering questions I had during the stay. Can’t wait to come back!

This house has everything!

We had a wonderful time at this property!! The house had everything you could possibly need and was very clean. We love being able to chooses between the beach and the sound just a short walk from the house. Mara and Barry checked on us a few times and answered any questions quickly. Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay and hope to return! The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach or the sound. It's much more private and quiet at this end of the island. We had plenty of space for our family of 5 and our daughter *loved* her loft room. It was nice to return to the house after a long day at the beach. We loved the outdoor shower, the use of bikes and beach toys in the storage shed, the Keurig machine and board games. The kids are already asking when we can return. :-)

Anniversary Get-A-Way

I can't say enough about this property! It is absolutely beautiful, light, bright, clean, beachy, and so very welcoming! We felt right at home the moment we walked in, and all of the cares of the world disappeared! The views are breathtaking - wake up to bright sunrises shining through the windows, with the rolling sound of the surf in the background, and sunsets glowing through the windows in the evenings. Wish we could have stayed forever! And the hosts are wonderful - so welcoming and eager to make your stay perfect! Can't wait to come back!

Relaxation and beauty awaits!

Two Beaches was a wonderful home away from home during our visit to Topsail. The property is stocked with everything you would need, including bikes that we rode almost every day. Having an outdoor shower, along with three indoor showers really made end of day washups a breeze with a family. This was our first time at Topsail and I can't imagine staying anywhere else but this beautiful neighborhood and property. Also, the property owners were the most attentive I've ever experienced through VRBO. First class

Just what we needed!

The house was impeccable! You could tell a lot of time and thought went into all the details to make guest comfortable. It was wonderful. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! I can not put into words the beauty of Serenity Point. Communication with the owners was awesome through e-mails and text. With this pandemic (I work in the medical field) I needed this get away as did my husband. We had a wonderful time, met many locals who gave us tips on places to eat and photograph (my stress release). Great time of year to visit. Hopefully will be back!
