The Space:
Comfortable studio with a Queen bed & all amenities:

* Hi-Speed WiFi
* Cable TV
* Air Conditioner
* Complete Kitchenette (Microwave, Coffee Machine, Toaster, etc.)
* Fridge (or beverage cooler)
* Plates, cups & glasses
* Full-size mirror
* Iron & board
* Hair dryer
* Towels & linen
* Shampoo, soap & body wash

All units have sealed windows, with AC and a fan for ventilation. There is no heating system, as it’s too rarely cold in Miami.

The unit is cleaned and disinfected per CDC guidelines by professionals, before and after each guest.

The Resort is shared between a hotel and private units like ours. Booking with us is the best value, plus access to convenient hotel amenities:

Other Things to Note:
- The front desk will require a $100 security hold at check-in (cash only) and returned at checkout pending no damages.
- ID is required for check-in.
- Guests must be +21.
- We do not accept 3rd party reservations, the booking guest must be the person checking in.
- Denied underaged and 3rd party guests will not be issued a refund.
- All units have sealed windows, with AC and a fan for ventilation. There is no heating system, as it’s too rarely cold in Miami.
- Housekeeping offers optional extra cleanings for $69.
- Each guest is issued one set of towels, but they also offer extra towel service for fee. Please inquire directly with the front desk. Beware that missing or stained linen could be charged to your card for replacement value.
- Smoking, vaping, incense or candles are strictly forbidden.
- Units have a microwave but no stove top.
- Breakfast or extra coffee is not included.
- Beware that South Beach is generally noisy. If you have an unfortunate case of a noisy neighbor, please reach out to us or the front desk.
- Make sure not to park your car in a residential zone, the city quickly tows away unpermitted cars.
- A local manager is on call 24/7 for emergencies.

Fantastic Location & Great Space

Perfect for a vacation to South Beach. Location is 5 , place was charming/very clean, just as promised on the description. Hosts were communicative from booking all the way through. Highly recommend.

Great location and clean!

The hotel and room overall was very clean and I felt the location was perfect. It wasn’t too noisy since it wasn’t on ocean drive, great food spots, and a close walk to the beach.

I loved that the studio looked exactly like the pictures as well as being in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and convenience/retail stores. If I am ever in this part of Miami again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

Close to the beach!

We had a nice stay in Miami Beach - the property is located in a 2 star hotel and satisfies basic needs. Very short walk to the beach! I’m not very picky, but a couple of comments would be that the TV only had one working channel and it would be nice if there was a secondary lock on the door. Overall, if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay close to the beach this is a solid option.

The air conditioner drips water into the room. We placed our bags under it and had wet clothes afterwards. No doors are able to close by themselves, the front door must be dead locked for it to shut. The bathroom door will not shut, there is no privacy if staying with someone else. location is good, walking distance to beach and nearby parking garage. There was also a nice little cafe for breakfast in walking distance as well that was more of a locals spot we liked. The hallway flooring is raised on some spots enough to stub your toe; in other spots the flooring is missing all together. The maintenance workers have painted over every surface in the room, even the coat rack, door latches, and light switches. Toilet, water, power, fridge work well. Reception was helpful and friendly. Also had a little outdoor terrace space on the 2nd floor of the building. I would say you get what you pay for in this situation. It was relatively inexpensive and therefore accurately priced compared to most places in south beach, especially for an Art Basel weekend.

Location and cleanness are great. Leaking water air conditioner was not fixed since day 5th until 9th. Bath room door could not close completely. No shampoo or soap offered, but you get them just downstairs store.

It could have been worse

When we first walked in the lobby, it felt like a hotel. Wasn't sure if we were at the right place. The receptionist seemed helpful until we realized it was a language barrier involved. We got our keys, walked in our room and the place was mediocre at best. The thing we always check for is the cleanliness of the bathroom. We found someone else's hair in the shower and the sink. They didn't provide enough towels for 2 guests. The bed and TV was fine until the volume was left on so loud, we couldn't turn it down. only up because remote wasn't working properly. It was damaged beyond repair however, the host did replace it in day 2. We only stayed for 2 nights. With that being said, this stay could have been worse.

Great location, but needs some….

So I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one about my stay here. First off, the staff was pretty helpful, and the location is clean. It definitely needs some TLC, but it is a clean place. The location is the highlight for sure. The main issue we had was that the AC unit and fan just didn’t really cool off the room, and Miami is hot. We stayed at the end of February and our room was always hotter than outside. It was warm to the point that we really couldn’t sleep well at night bc of it. Imagine staying during the summer. This place was definitely less expensive than much of the stuff being offered in Miami Beach, and I think it’s an overall good spot. If you run cool and don’t mind being warm than it might be perfect for you.

Clean, modern, and convenient!

My friend and I stayed here and it’s perfect for two people who are just looking for a place to sleep in Miami. Very short walk to the beach, convenient store right under the hotel, and restaurants and bars all around! Great experience overall.

Above and beyond

I had such a nice time in Miami! Joe’s place was so welcoming and the location was perfect! My flight got in at 7 AM and I was able to get an early check in at 8 AM. My host went above and beyond to accommodate me and I will absolutely book with them again!

Enjoyed it!

Clean and comfortable, easy check in, great location (one block from the busy area). Great communication with the owners. Parking around the corner, easy walk to the beach. The room is equipped with all you need for a vacation stay. The elevator in the building was out of order, but it wasn’t a problem for us, since the studio is on the second floor. Overall, nice place and a great value for money.
