Pink Bikini Island Cottage with a dock on Black Sound

APRIL DISCOUNT 10% Located on Green Turtle Cay, The Pink Bikini was recently renovated following the 2019 Dorian Hurricane. A charming island home just a short walk from the ocean beach with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry facilities, a 96' dock / 16' wide spring poles including 30amp power and water and a covered fish cleaning station on Black Sound. The dock has more than 6' of water at low tide . Bikini "Top" offers a gracious living area with comfortable seating, a 72" television and a long dining room table. The eclectic bar is located just off the sunset deck. The open kitchen has an expansive island that comfortable seats 6 with a view of the sound. The primary suite has a 4 poster king bed with a walk in mermaid shower and double vessel sinks. The 2 spare bedrooms have king beds and share a bath with a walk in shower and double sinks. Bikini "Bottom" offers a king room on one end and two twins on the other. Each bedroom has their own bath. The living area combines with a galley kitchen, center island bar and comfortable seating. The French patio doors lead to the wide deck across the front offering a harbor view. The Pink Bikini has many custom and cute appointments and features. Added essentials are a generator, Aprilaire Dehumidifier/Purification and an ultraviolet water purification system, just in case. We encourage you to relax, enjoy, read, practice art, beach comb and have fun.

Very clean property. Fresh water on the dock was a very nice bonus. The downstairs AC was very weak, but we managed. We would definitely stay here again !!

Amazing Experience!

What an amazing experience! We spent a week with 9 adults in the Pink Bikini house. The place is absolutely beautiful! We were so happy with how clean the place was and how we had everything that we needed right there. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are home. I was impressed with the property, the owner's communication prior to our visit and the ease at getting checked in and out. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting GTC!

Great House

We had a great stay at Pink Bikini house. Four couples were very comfortable in the house and 2 boats on the dock. Great spot on Green Turtle Cay! Close to downtown

Our group had a great stay at Pink Bikini. House had everything we need and was conveniently located. If arriving by boat do recommend having a wagon of sorts to transport from boat to house (we brought one) as it is very helpful. I would stay here again

Simply Perfect

The house was absolutely exceptional. Exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials plus more, beach towels were available, beds and linens were beyond comfortable. The dock made our stay extra special with water and electric available to our 34’ foot boat! Will be back for sure!

Pink Bikini top notch for Abaco vacation

The house is perfect for large groups. It is well located on Green Turtle with a nice protected dock. There are many amenities and the home is well equipped. We would stay here again!

Excellent stay

Pink Bikini is a fantastic home to spend time at! The home is so well equipped, the kitchen has everything needed to cook and bake, the beds are super comfortable, along with the furnishings. We loved the views, having our boat by the home, and we enjoyed the most beautiful beach almost every day! And the dancing carpet did not go a day without being used!

Pink Bikini Perfection

Absolutely the most spectacular home we have enjoyed in our 6 trips to the Abacos. We chose the house because it had a dock with power and 5 bedrooms. The modest exterior is deceiving; the interior is beautifully appointed and professionally decorated. Every item in this home was thoughtfully selected and placed. The split plan layout was perfect for our family. We rented the upstairs and downstairs and it was great separation for the teenagers to have their own space down below. The sunsets off the balcony are priceless. The owners have thought of everything that would make guests feel completely relaxed and at ease. The kitchen is gorgeous with a giant island that spaciously seats 6 and the drawers and cabinets are well stocked with every utensils and cooking apparatus you need. All of the pink appliances and finishing touches cannot help but make you smile. Brand new washer and dryer made laundry a breeze. Our son enjoyed fishing right off the dock and catching his dinner nightly. Truly a Spectacular home to relax and enjoy island time. We spent two weeks here and could have easily spent two more weeks.

We have a large, fun family who call Saugatuck, MI and Green Turtle Cay, home. We've been coming to Green Turtle Cay for 30 +years and have made a commitment to remain part of the community.

The Pink Bikini has many appointments that were essential for our family that I'm sure you will appreciate. We have a fenced yard to keep children safe from wandering. We have a generator in the event of a power outage. We added an ultraviolet water purification system, just in case. The cooling systems were new in 2020 and Aprilaire whole house dehumidifier/purification systems in 2024. We have a new 96' dock/16' wide spring poles with 30amp electric, water and a fcovered ish cleaning station, 6'+ of water at low tide. There are several boat rental companies located on the island. The dock on black sound is in the front of the house yet we are located only a short walk to Gilliam Bay Beach for shelling and swimming. The soft beach sand and turquoise blue water are highlights of the Caribbean and Gilliam Bay. It's an easy walk to town for groceries, shopping, restaurants and happy hour.
