➡ Party Policy : No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied if this rule is not respected. In case of neighborhood or police complaints, guests will be asked to leave immediately, without refund possibility. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the neighborhood's tranquility. Thank you.

➡ Identity Verification : An identification document with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent any fraud.

Only on your arrival day :
Check-ins are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-outs are before 11:00 AM.
Supplements for late arrivals :
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: €30 supplement.
- After 10:00 PM: €50 supplement.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.

Departure Day : Final cleaning is included. Please leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, making sure to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.
