Great location, but the WiFi never worked and the host did not communicate with us even when we reached out several times through Whatsapp and the VRBO platform.

Spacious apartment with a separate kitchen and bathroom: everything is very clean and bright with plenty of light. Kitchen is normal size, has a large refrigerator and all the necessary equipment. WiFi and air-conditioning work well. The apartment offers a front balcony with an iconic view of the Paris roofs and chimneys. There is also a balcony in the kitchen providing plenty of cross ventilation and light. It is centrally located, close to restaurants, shops, subway, bus, grocery stores. The building is quiet and safe with double locked doors. The neighborhood is also safe and well lit. The hostess is very professional and responsive, she answers all the questions promptly. There isn’t anything negative about this charming apartment. I highly recommend it and I would stay again.

My first Vrbo experience has been over my expectations, it has been a great experience. Location is great, quiet, and equipped with everything you need. Host was nice and responsive too. I would definitely want to stay here again.

This apartment was so perfect for our 4 night stay in Paris. The location is great for public transportation or just walking. Very safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops. The clothes washer/ dryer combo was helpful to be able to do laundry. It’s on the 6th floor but they have a little elevator. I would love to stay here again when I return.

Location was Amazing for walking to many famous sites, amazing shops, amazing restaurants and Bon Marche. And the big pharmacy right next door! Would definitely stay again when I’m in Paris.

The property was well kept and had been updated since our stay there a few years ago. It is ideally located for transportation, close to several Metro and bus stops. It also has a nearby grocery and other shops.

Perfect Location

This was a perfect location and worked beautifully for us to walk out each morning. Flat is clean and has everything you need. Bed is very comfortable!! We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice clean/modern and quiet rental in secure building with small elevator. Bed is sofa bed and seems new. It was surprisingly comfortable. Area is in Central Paris near numerous area attractions. 15 minute walk to the Louvre. Market right around the corner. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would stay again if in Paris again

Lovely apartment-would stay again

Lovely apartment , as per the photos, well located. Most comfortable sofabed I have ever slept on. Comfirmation of local contact details and check in procedure was nailbitingly close for me ( 24 hours) but it worked and Luisa was lovely. The only suggestion would be for a booklet with instructions for the washer/ dryer. We couldnt work out the drying option but were able to use the wall heaters for that anyway.

Communication with the host was almost impossible after payment was done.Got check-in procedure 4 hours before check-in time, that caused astrss we did not need and this after trying many times to contact the Host.VRBO helped us to get a reply finally.Same for check out procedures, we only got them 10 hours before we had to leave.I expected this to be a lot better.Appartment was like described , but equipment was minimla, towels, toilet paper kitchen equipment etc...

My husband and I were looking forward to being back in the neighborhood where I lived as a student, a few decades ago. The location of this apartment is very good. The issue for us was that our host was unreachable during our stay. She did not respond to phone calls or messages. She also billed us 160 Euros for a repair to the sofa bed in the apartment, which she says was our fault. There was indeed an issue with one side of the sofa bed, which we discovered the first time we pulled the bed out, but something was loose on that side. The bed did not open properly. In addition, we were to have been met at the apartment by someone who would let us in when we arrived and show us around. That person messaged me saying she couldn't meet us, but that another person would. Then we got another message saying that that person couldn't meet us either, so we were on our own. There were no instructions in the apartment for anything. I messaged the person who was to have shown us the apartment, to let her know about the bed. It's all extremeley frustrating. This might all have been avoided if someone had been at the apartment, as promised, but that was not the case. That, or if our host had been reachable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Paris . Le Studio était près de tous les services nécessaires pour visiter et se restaurer , les stations de métro à proximité . Tranquille et propre et avec les commodités . La courtoisie de l' hôte nous a fait sentir à l' aise . Nous le recommandons pour un séjour agréable à Paris .

Appartement agréable convenant bien à un séjour à Paris.très calme,propre et bien équipé.jUn bémol pour le tapis qui met des fibres partout .le lit est confortable,facile à manipuler.mais impossible pour3 personnes.bon chauffage.fortait ménage trop cher.produits toilette à minima :2minuscules shampooing et 2mîuscules savonnettes..et reste de gel douche.probablement d un ancien locataire !!.mais nous y reviendrons si l occasion se présente car il répond à l essentiel pour Paris
