Tucked away off Florida Scenic Highway 393, 'Three Little Birds' provides the simple beauties of secluded coastal living with all the modern luxuries that you expect in a world-class vacation. Located within a short drive to the vibrant artist colony of Gulf Place, Point Washington State Forest, Grayton Beach State Park, and a multitude of 30A Biking Trails, there is plenty to keep you busy on your next unforgettable vacation in this premium coastal destination!


 

There are 4 Bikes and a 6-Seater Golf Cart already located at this home.  So that you can cruise down 30A in style!
Quick rides to the beach, Gulf Place, Grayton Beach and more!!

 


Upon entering the home you will notice hard wood floors and the beautiful, contemporary, open-floor design. Here you will find the living room, dining room, half-bath and the kitchen.


 


The kitchen boasts a Coastal Rustic, yet contemporary, feel with White Marble counter-tops, a three-person breakfast bar, and new, premium stainless steel appliances, including a large double-door refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, cook-top stove and oven.  Fully-appointed for even the most discerning chef, being on vacation doesn't mean that you can't cook up wholesome family meals!


 


The living room holds a large flat screen cable T.V. and boasts plenty of room for entertaining the whole family on it's two comfy couches. Don't worry though, there are plenty of TV's (in every bedroom), so no fighting over remotes on this vacation!


 


The second-floor Master Suite features a King bed with premium mattress, contemporary coastal furniture, a large wall-mounted flat-screen T.V, and a desk area for those set on working on-the-go.  It also comes complete with a Private Master Bath with stunning white Marble counter-tops and a luxurious Walk-in Shower.  You'll also find plenty of room in the walk-in closet as well!


 


Also upstairs, you'll find an additional 2 bedrooms. The second-floor Guest Bedroom boasts a Queen bed with premium furnishings, and another large wall-mounted flat screen T.V.  The Bunk Room holds two Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed's for this Kiddo's, along with yet another flat-screen T.V.  These two bedrooms share a Bathroom with a Shower/Tub Combo.


 


The Backyard is where your family will spend most of it's time (other than the beach of course).  With modern pavers, meticulous landscaping, a privacy fence, Propane Grill (with provided fuel), and plenty of seating around the Fire Pit, it's the perfect place for cookouts, or just lounging in the sun and catching some rays!


 


When you've have enough of that, hop on one of the FOUR Beach Cruiser Bicycles, or the provided 6-Seater Golf Cart, to get to the restaurant, shoppes or beach in a flash!  After all, you are smack-dab in the best local eateries, and shopping, that the Emerald Coast has to offer!


 


30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in “Three Little Birds” at Blue Gulf Resort in Blue Mountain Beach on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in “Three Little Birds”. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
