Very nice house within walking/biking distance to the public beach access. Golf cart was a great bonus. Plenty of room in the house for us! Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying here! Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom! Location was good. The golf cart was a bonus! We enjoyed the pool. Everything was very clean! I would definitely stay here again!

The house is very nice, good for a big family. The beds are excellent . The bikes and golf carts are a plus love that we have good towels . I have said the only thing I dislike was trying to close the door when you leave.

Great spot! Just the beach and nothing else. If you are looking to be close to the hustle and bustle go towards Seaside and Rosemary or Destin. If you want just the house and the beach….this is the place.

Overall great. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a nice layout for our family. Actual bedroom configuration is 3 kings and the bunk room (4 bdrns) plus the twin bed in the upstairs hallway nook. Each bedroom has a nice walk-in closet as well. Kitchen could be stocked a little better (no dishtowels or pot holders, only one decent frying pan, no grill tools). There was a highchair and travel crib in the home which isn't listed. Would have been nice to have known beforehand which would have saved us room in the car. Limited parking at the public beach but additional parking available along the roadside.

The house was fantastic and accommodated our two vacationing families (11 total) perfectly. The owners outfitted the home with plenty of extras to make the stay very comfortable and convenient. The golf cart was awesome for getting to and from the beach. The only critique was regarding the community pool but was not reflective of our host. The pool was quite a bit dirty and could benefit from a refresh overall. But, all in all a great stay and would do it again.

Family vacation

The house was big and pretty, was clean and we felt like home.The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because there were not toilet paper or paper towel in the kitchen, I know you need to buy your own but they usually have a starter pack. They bring us on the next day and I appreciate it. Also the grill didn’t work, and was a little disappointed because we bought food to cook on the grill. But after all everything was great!

It's the owners for a very responsive. I had a few questions to ask them during the stay and they were super helpful. Overall, I would want to stay here again

Great place to stay with family and friends. We all had our own space and it was clean. Pool was on the next block.

The house was very nice, clean and well laid out. It’s in a great location. There were several issues that added stress to our stay. First thing, we noticed the kitchen sink would not work, we checked plumbing under the sink, checked the water supply to the house, etc., we had to call and get someone to come out. We also noticed the ice maker and water would not work on the fridge, the maintenance man said it would need a new filter but would have to be ordered so we had to use bottled water instead of using the filtered water from the fridge. The fridge also was set to 56 degrees and we had to google how to reprogram the setting, in the meantime we had to remove all our perishable groceries we just had delivered to coolers and pack with ice. Then we couldn’t get our door to unlock, we called and reported this as well and they said “sometimes it’s the humidity that causes that”, it’s Florida! So we never locked our door after that and just hide our purses and wallets and hoped for the best. It was very uneasy knowing my wedding ring and wallet were unlocked while we were at the beach. The grill was not clean and there are no grill utensils. Two of the bikes chains broke while we were riding them so we put them aside and couldn’t use them. If you advertise a grill and bikes, they would be checked after every checkout. These are simple issues that can be fixed, however they caused us some stress that was unnecessary. I would stay here again if these issues were fixed.

This is a newly furnished home, with beautiful decor! Located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood, and close to the beach and pool! We sure wish this could have been a 5 star review, but we thank you for choosing BeachWalk Vacations!
