Very clean, short walk and easy access to quiet part of Holmes beach. Managing agency, which is less than a 10 minute walk away, was over the top helpful. Great location roughly in the middle of the island - both southern pier and northern beach each about a 45 minute beach walk away. This unit is newly remodeled and still needs some games or puzzles for rainy days.

Nice Cozy Spot

This is a very good place for a family of 4. Perfect location and a two minute walk (if that) to the beach.

Super cute place

This is the perfect little place for a couple. Would be nice to book the places around with family all at the same time.

Our time on Anna Maria Island

Upon entering the condo, my husband and I immediately smelled stale smoke that led to my coughing the entire time that I was there. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke. I called Heaven and Frank at the office and they were of great help. Heaven had a large air purifier delivered to the unit. She also sent someone over to fix the ceiling fan in the bedroom as it was not working properly. The tv remote was very difficult to operate and I would suggest that this be upgraded to a user friendly device. In spite of the smoke residue and smell, the unit was clean and the bedding was fresh and bathrooms were clean. The neighborhood was a bit noisy at times, but we loved the pool and and the floatation toys that were left. We also loved that the beach access was very convenient. And of course we loved all of our favorite restaurants on AMI. We have been coming there for over 25 years. The stale cigarette smoke/residue was the first negative ( other than one unit having rusty beach chairs), issue that we have experienced. Thank you for allowing us to provide our honest feedback.

Please rest assured that we do not permit smoking in any of our rental properties, and we are actively addressing this issue to prevent recurrence. It's wonderful to hear that despite this issue, you found the unit clean with fresh bedding and bathrooms. We are also pleased that you enjoyed the amenities such as the pool, flotation toys, and the convenient beach access, as well as the local restaurants. Your suggestion regarding the TV remote is duly noted, and we will look into upgrading it to a more user-friendly device to enhance the overall guest experience.
