Hokulani 447 boasts an incredible 4th floor interior courtyard location with full ocean views above the palm trees. Gather, reconnect, and celebrate in this spacious 2 bedroom floor plan which offers an abundance of interior living space with an additional 235 sq ft of adjoining balcony space. This suite can accommodate up to six guests in two king-sized beds and one queen-sized convertible sofa sleeper. Enjoy the upgraded tile flooring and get swept away into the lovely Maui sky after folding away the glass doors and allowing the interior to blend seamlessly with the outdoors.

We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed kitchen. The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance & utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment…just bring the ingredients. Enjoy your meals on the spacious lanai or dine indoors in the climate controlled air conditioning. In addition, our commercial grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.

Honua Kai sits beachfront in North Kaanapali so you will literally be just steps away from the tranquility of Maui’s shoreline. An “Ohana Play Package” including Tommy Bahama beach chairs, BBQ equipment, and a portable cooler is provided complimentary.

Great place had everything we wanted

Very nice and accommodated our needs and checked all boxes. It was great that there were beach chairs however we found the umbrella to be damaged and it turned out to be useless and should be removed or replaced. A nice to have would be cushions for the patio furniture which we saw some other units having
