This fully renovated family duplex comprises :
- ground floor: a large living area opening onto a functional, fully-equipped kitchen, overlooking a large, quiet courtyard planted with trees, and including a convertible sofa (real box spring)
- upstairs: 1 master suite (double bed) + 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds + a shower room.

Everything is provided for an excellent stay: Wifi, Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Television, Washing machine, Refrigerator... as well as bed linen and towels, which are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located in a very quiet area, just a 3-minute walk from shops, restaurants and the metro. In the heart of the 17th arrondissement, you'll be able to take full advantage of what makes the Lévis-Batignolles 'quartier-village' such a success:
- its soul: lively rue de Lévis market, numerous shops, restaurants, cafés and boutiques.

## Emplacement
The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris, and is considered as the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce.
The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere.
