2 bedroom condo 2 blocks to the beach!

Are you looking for a bright and cozy retreat by the ocean? This condo is less than a 5 minute walk to Clark Street Beach Access. The master suite has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. The open concept living area has a queen-sized pull out sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.

Please bring your own beach towels and kitchen towels (if you use them).

Please note there is a burger bar on the other side of the condo complex that has live music on some evenings until 10pm (dates depend on their band schedule). Some guests have mentioned the music can be heard inside our unit but most guests haven't noticed it. Please prepare accordingly if you have any light sleepers or early sleepers. Both bedrooms have TV's but you may want to bring an iPod or other device for background noise. Otherwise, sit on the balcony and enjoy the free music!

At MP 8.5 you will be conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shops that you can walk or drive to. The Wright Brothers Museum is 1 mile west. Run Hill State Nature Preserve is 1.5 miles west. Jockey's Ridge State Park is 3.5 miles south. Avalon Pier is 4 miles north. Nags Head Fishing Pier is 4 miles south.

Standard amenities with this unit are contactless check-in, bed and bath linens, smart TV's, fully stocked coffee bar, stacked washer/dryer, beach chairs/cart, fully stocked kitchen and more!

Our property can accommodate 1 dog (25lbs or less). Non-refundable pet fee is $150.

This was a wonderful place for my family to spend Memorial Day weekend! The place was clean and it is conveniently located to most anything we needed or wanted to do. Thanks also to Joy for her consideration in a potential change of dates and the flexibility to work with us had the need arisen.

I Excellently communication with the host great location. It was not as clean as I would like like the corners the baseboards and the patio I had to reclean dog hair & dirt very visible on baseboards, but I don’t think that had anything to do with the owners. I think it was the cleaning service easy fix went and got some cleaning stuff cleaned it all I was taught to leave something nicer than when you got there so all in all I would give it a nine out of 10 the patio had a pigeon in the roof which made a horrible mess, but I cleaned that up too. That was just mother nature.

The bed rooms were clean, except the room with the bunkbeds, the beds didn’t have sheets on them. My granddaughter slept on the bottom bunk on top the quilt. I didn’t know about it until she showed me the plastic bag the sheets were in. No big deal I just thought that the bed should have been made. Joy was very helpful when Spectrum cable was down and she found out the problem. Thank you for that. All in all everything was good.

The condo was as described and in a great location. It was close walking distance to the beach and close driving distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Had a great time

Everything was nice in the rooms were clean. It was located close by several nice restaurants, including pizza and burgers our family of four had a great time.

We had a brief stay over Labor Day weekend, our family of 4 and our family pet. The property was perfect to accommodate our needs and provided amazingly close access to the beach, restaurants and shops, plenty to do within walking distance. Parking was very convenient and the hosts provided a family friendly atmosphere, everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Great stay!

Spring break

Great Stay

The location was great- walking distance to the beach, great restaurants just a short car drive away! The space is nicely updated and well stocked, parking is easy. We couldn't have asked for a better space for a quick family vacation!

Great condo and a great value!

Joy was a tremendous host and check in was smooth and easy. The condo was just right for us and our teenage boys for the weekend. Can't beat the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Thanks so much!

Great location and wonderful host!

We really enjoyed our time here. The location was so great! The condo was clean and comfortable. Our 3 year old loved the bunk bed! The hosts are so wonderful! We'll definitely be staying here again in the future!

Off season beach break!

This was a great location for our 4 night getaway - only 2-3 blocks from the beach. We walked there everyday. The 2BR, 2 bath condo is close to stores and restaurants. (It's very close to the Wright Brothers Museum which is quite interesting.) It was a great place to rest, relax & rejuvenate!
