The River Blossom Suite

Make yourself at home in our fresh and spacious split-level abode. Enjoy a comfortable setting around an ornate cast stone fireplace. The living room, dining area and small office are located on the upper level along with the second bedroom which includes a queen size bed. The Suite is located on the 2nd level.

The kitchen is fully equipped and shares the main level with a 4-piece bathroom. The master suite is softly lit with soothing decor around a king-size bed and spacious closet.

Step out onto the balcony or relax in the ensuite jet tub complimented by a glass block window.

Whether you’re looking for a private suite or something to accommodate a group of family or friends, our newly redeveloped heritage building offers four full-service suites.
Each apartment is uniquely laid out with custom kitchens, fine woodworking, quality appliances, individual laundry areas, marble and hardwood floors, fireplaces and air conditioning. Gardens, BBQ area and parking surround the property. Choose which suite is best for you. Rent them individually or book the whole place!

∎No Noise after 11 pm to 8 am the following day.
∎Tents and Tent Trailers are not permitted without permission.
∎Please be aware garden maintenance will be taking place most days.
∎We are a shoe-free Home. Kindly leave your worries and your shoes at the door and enjoy your stay.
∎For long-term stay, toiletries are not provided.
∎Please clean the BBQ area upon use. There is a $40/hour fee to clean it for you.
∎Please use the cutting board we provide; there is a charge of $50 for any cuts put into the concrete countertops.
∎There’s a $300 fine for unauthorized pets and smoking inside.
∎Preserve the pristine quality of our towels by using the darker towel and washcloths for makeup or other things that might stain the towels.
∎The Guest is responsible for ensuring the TV remote is present upon exit.
∎Any damages, stains, persistent smell to bedding, walls or furniture, missing items, and all other forms or acts that result in damages or loss to the premises will be charged against the Damage Deposit.
∎There is a $25 charge if the key isn’t returned. (for The River Blossom and Hidden Hollow Suite only)
∎We charge $25 per night for an additional guest.
∎There's a fee of $10 per person for Day-Guests.
∎For security and insurance purposes Day Guests or Extra Guests must be registered. Unauthorized Guest will result in a fine of $50 per diem with the Tenant being 100% liable for any damages or what could ordinarily result in an insurance claim.
∎All functions, gatherings, parties, or events are prohibited unless authorized in writing, as it requires additional insurance. There’s a fine for unauthorized events.
∎There is a parking pad for 2 cars on the side of the building in both the front and back, but only for one car per suite. Please park on one side or the other, so both can fit in. Street parking is also fine and if you are in the rear there is an empty lot immediately behind and just to the right of the building behind us which is also available to us for parking.
