The house was older and was not taken care of very well. Lots of cobwebs and dead bugs on the floor. Gated community and very difficult to access, sat many times with several other cards waiting for someone to open gate, no one on duty answering the buzzer. WiFi was not good, kept having to reconnect and difficulty to get on. Communication with host was very difficult, only available from 9-5 unless you have an emergency.

Beautiful!

We just left this house after spending a week there for our Disney vacation! The house is large, beautiful, and perfectly located! I would highly recommend checking this out!! We didn’t want to leave.

Excelente!!

My family and I enjoyed our days together at this beautiful and happy place, the house was cleaned and the neighborhood is really nice! Everything works perfect and we don’t have any issues.

The house itself is very nice and beautiful. Very spatious with a lot of amenities. However, we had a lot of things we had to talk to the host about, and few of them were fixed during our stay. They did compensate a little bit for the trouble we encountered.Here is a list of things we were disapointed in :- the wifi didn’t work at all during the week. It would appear in our phones, but was connected without internet. They sent a few people over to fix the issue, but it kept coming back. - the kitchen sink and grinder were clogged when we got there, the host sent someone to fit it, but it didn’t work. They ended up fixing it 3 days before we left.- The pantry door was broken-the washer was biping all the time- the outside screens were broken on the top and on the bottom. They sent someone to fix them but they only fixed the top ones, so various lizards and bugs kept coming around the pool- the switch to turn the pool lights on was broken- we had a variety of bugs in the house, probably because previous guests didnt close all the doors (spiders, ants and a cockroach)- The bathtub and sink in one of the down statue bathroom were not draining- The patio door was screeching very loud when we would open/close it- there was a lot of dust on the fake plants in the house- there was an insane amount of dust around the Windows- the trash can outside didn’t have a lid so some kind of animal was dog gong through it every night and would drag it around the drive way

Pretty much flawless...

Everything about this house and its location are close to perfect. The house is located13 houses (240 steps) from the neighborhood's water resort with great views of the lake from the pool/hot tub area. The kitchen is well stocked and linens/beds were very good. The house was immaculately clean. We are already thinking about rebooking it in October/November this year :)

We recently stayed at this house while attending a cheer competition with a group of five moms and our daughters, and overall it worked well for what we needed. The house itself is very spacious, which made it comfortable for a group our size. We also really appreciated that it’s within walking distance to the clubhouse and pool.A major downside is the Wi-Fi connectivity. I needed to work during our stay, and the girls also had schoolwork to complete, but the Wi-Fi was very unreliable and dropped frequently. There is also little to no cell service in the area, so using a hotspot isn’t really an option either. If you’re planning to work remotely or need consistent internet access, this could be an issue.Another thing to note is that the pool doesn’t get a lot of sunlight. If you’re visiting around mid-April, I would recommend paying to have it heated. We’ve stayed in other homes in Storey Lake where that wasn’t necessary, but this property has bushes around the perimeter for privacy that seem to block a lot of the sun, making the pool cold.Overall though, we had a great stay. The host was very responsive and gave us all the details we needed prior to arrival. We would stay there again.

La casa hermosa , muy espaciosa y excelentemente equipada. Solo me hubiera gustado que los colchones de las camas fueran un poco más confortables, pero el resto excelente!
