This is a 3 bedroom 3 bath beachfront vacation home near the top of the Beach Colony east building on the fourteenth floor at the Beach Colony Resort overlooking the Gulf and beaches of Perdido Key from the private balcony. This privately owned condo comfortably sleeps a family of no more than 8 people including all adults and children. The living room is equipped with a LCD television, DVD player, and wireless internet. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, LCD television and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed, television and en suite bathroom as well. The third bedroom contains two full size beds and LCD television. The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances and this vacation home includes a full size washer and dryer as well. This condo has three full bathrooms and the master bath has a jetted tub with windows that look out towards the beach.

We had an amazing time. The condo was excellent and had everything we needed! The owners were quick to reply anytime we messaged them. The security in the condo was such a relief when traveling with children also!

This Beach colony location was perfect. Not too busy but not dead. All amentities were clean and accessible, elevators took some getting used to. My family and i had a wonderful stay and would come back with no hesitation.

Great Spring Break getaway

We love Perdido Key & especially Beach Colony Resort. We have stayed here multiple times and the property is extremely nice & well maintained. This unit did not disappoint! Very comfortable and the Host and management company were wonderful to work with. I would recommend this unit for your next vacation! Very comfortable and beautifully furnished.

Beach Colony is a dream

Wonderful property, wonderful location, ideal for a vacation. The condo itself could be a tad bit more comfortable, but overall our experience was easy and relaxing. Getting in and out went well.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautiful and decorated nicely. The bed’s were a little uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi was weak, and the elevators were difficult, but despite these challenges we had a wonderful time.

There was no pullout couch as advertised. We didn’t get enough pool passes. The extra parking pass was difficult to obtain because we didn’t know who to contact about it. Maintenance was called for lights going out in the kitchen, and the closet door came off, but no one came to fix these things. Great location. Beautifully decorated.

Easter at Beach Colony

A great location with a great view. Spacious balcony with furniture for the whole family to enjoy. The interior design is the best that I have ever seen, and I have been staying in condos for 40 years. Only complaint is the 4PM check-in and the 10AM check-out.

MIL’s 70th was a hit!

We had the most amazing time at this property! There was 5 of us for my MIL’s 70th Birthday! She was blown away with how amazing the master was for her and her husband! The balcony, the location, the pool, the beach…all exceptional! The condo had everything we needed for our week. Thank you for opening your home to us! Cannot wait to stay again!

Excellent Property!!

The condo was extremely nice. When we did arrive all the balcony furniture was sitting in the living room so we had to move all that out. And it also advertised a sofa sleeper which there was not one. Ended up with a air mattress which was a little disappointing but other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Resort with Excellent Spacious Condo

We had 8 people from ages 3-33 and all comfortably stayed in the sweet spot! We were glad we had an air mattress because there was not a pull out sofa like the listing suggest but plenty of room for an air mattress. There were two air mattresses in the closets but we had already brought our own so we chose to use it. The kitchen had plenty of items for cooking easy meals for our kiddos and the condo was close to everything so we could have date nights at the local Jellyfish and Dave’s SnoCones and Island Sweets. An absolute joy of a stay and we will be back!💙

Beach was great

The beds had no sheet and were not cleaned. There were crumbs in one bed and stains on mattress which caused us to have to sleep on top of the comforter. It was Christmas so there wasn’t anyone to inform of the issues. Other than that the view was great and the location is convenient.

Very nice condo in tired build and property

This was a really nice location. The condo is older and a little tired. Maintenance isn't being kept up with, but we just pretty much stayed in the condo and beach so no big deal. My biggest issue is that the master slide door is broken and I love to open it to fall asleep to sound of waves (that is why I booked this property - master opens to beach). It hasn't been fixed for a long time...previous reviewer also mentioned. I assumed it would be fixed by now. I notified mgmt company as it is a safety issue and they said it would be fixed ASAP, but they never showed up to fix it

The condo patio furniture wasnt like the pictures. The paint was chipping pretty bad that it would stick to your body. The cushions were way to small and not what was pictured. Very disappointing because thats where we liked to spend most of time. The couch is caved in the middle and was covered in sand. The lighting in kitchen isnt very bright. The lights under cabinet in kitchen where malfunctioning blinking. Needed a deep pan to cook chicken in and had to go buy one. Dryer had sand in it. Couldn't get master bedroom fan speed to change. Master Shower takes awhile to heat up. The property was great. Pools was amazing. Gym was good did have a musty smell. Elevators complicated but after a day or two we figured it out. There are codes for elevators, gym and condo and gate all different. Enjoyed a nice bubble bath while staring out at the ocean. I would definitely stay at this property again but a different condo.
