We're so glad you loved the Gulf views and found the early check-in workaround at the resort helpful — getting your parking pass and beach gear sorted before your room is ready is a great way to start a Madeira Beach vacation without losing a minute of beach time. We've since upgraded to a simpler, streamlined entry system, so the multiple codes you had to juggle are no longer an issue — getting in and out of the building and condo is much easier now. We also take the towel concern seriously and have addressed it directly with our laundry service to make sure every set is properly laundered and inspected before each stay; that's never the standard we hold ourselves to, and we appreciate you flagging it. We've also restocked the TV remote batteries to make sure that's one less thing guests have to think about.
