About this space

Create your dream vacation from our gulf-front home with ocean views from the north side of Florida's beautiful Madeira Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has an open layout with all modern amenities and extras. With balcony access from both the living room and the oversized master bedroom, you can sip your morning coffee on the deck enjoying the refreshing salty air of the gulf breeze as you plan your next adventure.

Spacious, fully-stocked kitchen, modern appliances, coin-operated washers/dryers and plenty of room to enjoy this unbelievable slice of paradise. Some beach supplies are also provided like; 4 chairs, 1 beach umbrella, beach towels, some beach toys.

Sandy Shores is located directly on the beach and right across the street from the world-famous John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk. No need for a car here. With over 130 boutiques, restaurants, local breweries and attractions, you can shop, eat local cuisine and rent any water sport you can imagine all within walking distance.

This vacation, do something exciting with all the opportunities for adventure - fishing, boating, jet skiing, pirate ship and sightseeing cruises – take your pick and make this vacation the one you talk about for years to come… or the next time you come back.

Great location. The condo was clean and comfy. Very well stocked with kitchen needs as well as beach chairs and toys, cooler, towels, etc. I would definitely stay again! The owner was very responsive and available for any questions. It was a great stay for our family of four.

Relaxing Getaway

Had a wonderful get away at Madeira beach, the condo was clean and inviting and had all we needed in regard to utensils and towlels to make our stay enjoyable. It was a plus to have a few beach chairs to use as well, location is great! The sun and sand was exactly what we needed.

Great Location

Clean condo in the absolutely best part of town. The John's Pass Boardwalk is right across the street with restaurants and shops. The condo is clean and has all amenities you need. Beach umbrella needs attention, other than this no complaints.Jennifer is very responsive if you need anything. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

This was an amazing property and a great value. The host communication was great, location across from Johns pass was really convenient to restaurants and ice creams shops. The condo itself was cute and clean, plenty of space to spread out and a good size balcony to hang out on. Would definitely stay here again!!

Family Beach Getaway

Madeira Beach trop

We always book an oceanfront place. The pictures of the listing make it appear oceanfront but it is not at all. Because it is on the side of the building, the patio gets zero sun all day. The roof next door is a huge eye sore and to top it off there were workers there all day starting early in the morning the entire week. It was so loud and annoying. We would have never picked this place had we known it was not oceanfront. Very misleading and disappointing.

Home away from home

Jennifer was absolutely amazing to book with! We decided as a family to get away last minute with our 9 and 14 year old for our 15th wedding anniversary. The process and price was on point! Jennifer was very responsive and welcoming! The condo was perfect for our family. Not only does it sit on the beach, it is directly across from the boardwalk. We had a great surprise with the 42nd seafood festival going on there. You are in walking distance to everything. We loved the “community feel” not overly touristy and it felt like “home away from home” We would most definitely boom again with Jennifer in any future visits! I highly recommend this condo! -Merideth

perfect place to stay

Our family had a wonderful time in this beach front condo. It was very clean and had everything you would need. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony. It is right on the beach. It has a very nice pool overlooking the beach that was perfect for relaxing while the kids swam. Thank you. We would definitely stay here again.

Great winter getaway

This is a great condo! Hosts are great to deal with, very quick and easy check in/out process allows for plenty of time to enjoy your stay. The condo has a great layout, it is super clean, updated and well appointed. Awesome location with beach just steps out the front and pretty much endless entertainment at John’s pass just across the road. We stayed with another couple and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already talking about returning next year.

Amazing Vacation!!

Jennifer’s place was great!! We stayed for several days with 2 kids - a 5 year old and a baby. Place was clean, had a beautiful view of the ocean, plenty of space for our family, super easy access to pool and beach, and less than a 5 minute walk to John’s pass with a ton of restaurants, stores, and entertainment!! She was also able to accommodate us when we arrived a bit early which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and grilling and the beach gear and caddy were perfect for the kids to haul everything down. Overall great trip, if we come back to Madeira beach area we would stay again!!

Fantastic place & location

Beautiful condo

Condo was amazing; view from balcony was disappointing. You could see the water but it’s over the roof tops of other buildings. Owner was great to work with us!

Hello, we are the Houston’s – Jen, Kyle, Harper and McKenna. I’m originally from the middle of nowhere, just outside of Kansas City and Jen is originally from Baltimore. We spent 13 amazing years out in San Francisco and now call Tampa Bay our home.

Our family does everything together. We once drove our 36 foot RV from Disneyland to Disney World. Nothing is more important to us than the time we spend together as a family. That’s why we love opening up our condo to families just like yours. Knowing that we play a part in building lasting memories for families we may never meet, is a gift we can’t describe.

Our hope is that the time you spend inside our home is something you and your loved ones hold dearly for years to come.
