Best location

I go to pensacola often and have stayed at many different places. Beach club is best viees and location. No need to get in the car. Everything in walking distances

The location was excellent, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the unit was a bit lacking...the floors were not mopped and the rug in the living room area was filthy. We felt that giving the cost of the off season rental there should have been garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and paper products for the entire stay. So that was disappointing. The condo building should be repainted inside and outside. Thank you. Lisa

First time vacationing in Pensacola

Very welcoming place to stay right on beautiful Pensacola Beach. We loved being on the outside of the building in A & B. Loved the fact that everything was gated & keyless entry. We will be back.

Amazing location for fun, food and fantastic views!

We had a wonderful Pensacola vacation! Exceeded our expectations. Our weather was amazing. The pool area was exceptionally clean. The beach was perfect! Restaurants were within walking distance. Fun (Sneaky Tiki) bar across the road for a fun place to see the sunset! We will definitely be back 😎

The condo can handle 4 but certainly not 6. ... best suited for 2. Very small Living Room - no dining area so must rely on kitchen counter top for everything. We had a cockroach issue. The deck is awesome with a million dollar view. Southern Rentals over-charged my Credit Card by adding several hundred dollars above VRBO's quoted price .... they have yet to credit my account.

Beautiful View but not Beach Club Standards / Improvements Needed

My wife and I stayed here mid-March 2022. The quality of this unit was not what we expected as we have stayed at Beach Club 6 times before and it is our favorite property on Pensacola Beach. Most of the feedback below is for the owner as there are much needed upgrades needed to this condo to bring it up to Beach Club standards. Rental companies can only do so much if the owners are not willing to keep their properties up to date. We also did give this feedback to Southern as well. Would rent again if improvements are made. Let's start with the good: *Check in was a breeze *The view from the condo is great being a corner unit on 3rd floor with great view of beach and pool. TOUGH LOVE FEEDBACK for Owner: *When we arrived the first thing we noticed was a god awful fish smell in the unit. How any cleaning crew didn't smell this we are unsure of? We don't know if this was previous renters. We have tried to spray and burn candles but the smell remained in this unit all week. *We have rented at beach club multiple times and this unit looks like it is in a 50 year old building. *The hallway has 3 cheap as possible nipple lights. All three of them had burned out bulbs. Each takes 2 bulbs. This has not been attended to by owner or rental company for a long time. * Upgrade Kitchen light to LED and add dimmers to all light switches, very inexpensive upgrade * The stove is so old, the numbers on the dials for heat have been rubbed off so hard to gauge heat * There are no smart TVs in the unit. Probably 10 yr old or more off brand Dynex units * The internet speed and router are the absolute minimum. The owner should be paying for a higher speed package such as 300+MB sec, instead we are getting 20 mb right next to the modem. The wireless router is so old I was getting notifications from my computer that the wifi is on an old security protocol. Wifi signal is almost non-existent in the master bedroom as the wireless router is probably 10 years old as well. Unacceptable for numerous people using WIFI for the week. *Fridge has water......but only for ice, no filtered water *The screens are ripped or worn on every window or sliding door. * The plastic lawn chairs on the balcony are filthy, they got white residue all over our clothes when we sat in them * Furniture desperately needs to be upgraded. Only couch is a love seat, should be full size. *Bathrooms need remodeled *Dryer left rust marks on my wife's pants after using washer and dryer.

Just As Advertised

My husband and I booked this condo kinda last minute for NYE. I was a little concerned because there was only one review and it was negative. However, we were familiar with the complex and location so we gave it a shot. I'm not sure if something changed since the last review, but it was exactly as pictured. The furnishings were very nice and there were not issues with mold or other cleaning problems. In fact, it was the cleanest of the 3 condos we have stayed in PCB this year. The place probably is a little tight if you have more than 2 couples, but it was fine for us and would have been fine if we had another couple too. The location couldn't be better. Right on the water pretty much. It is right next to the pool but on the 3rd floor so it was not loud for us. Not sure if summer is a different story. The check in process was very smooth. They sent the codes and all of the info we needed about a week before our trip. On the check out day, they are serious about the 9:00 thing, you will be locked out after 9:00. We were running a few minutes late and my husband went to take something down at like 5 after and it locked him out, luckily I was inside. But just note that because it would suck to get locked out with no phone. But anyway, this is a nice unit, it was clean, the furniture is clean, the bed in the master is super comfy and you cannot beat the ocean views just outside. Cheers!

The rooms were small, bathrooms small. The spare bedroom door and bathroom door hit each other. There was TV trays as end tables and night stands. Light bulbs were burned out. Shower was dirty and shower curtain mildew. Very disappointed
