Max occupancy incl. day guests: 8 (children 1+ count). Cleaning fee, non-refundable processing fee (w/ damage waiver), and 18% tax apply. Rates incl. holidays, subject to change. Coosawattee charges $59 gate fee + $20 resort fee (paid via Sliding Rock Cabins). Reservations made within 2 business days add $20. One amenity card per reservation; $120 if not returned.
Coosawattee River Resort has implemented fines for certain behaviors while occupying the cabin. These fees will be charged to the guest, and guests agree to paying these fines via security deposit or authorizing a credit card charge:
- Reckless Endangerment, trash, littering; $150
-Noise complaints: $250 and above
-Discharge of Firearms & unattended fires $500
Cancellation, Rescheduling, No Show & Early Departure Policy:
-Each cabin is privately owned, and cancellations impact owners significantly.
31+ Days Before Check-In:
-Written cancellations or changes received 31+ days before check-in will be refunded minus a $65 fee.
Within 31 Days:
-Cancellations, changes, or rescheduling within 31 days of check-in forfeit all payments, which are non-transferable.
If Rebooked:
-If your cancelled dates are rebooked, you’ll be refunded for the rebooked portion.
No Shows / Early Departures:
-No refunds for no-shows, early departures, or reduced party size.
