Amazing location

This place was everything it said it would be. We had a great stay and really loved the location of this rental.

Understand this company is very rigid with their terms. We were trying to open our door at 2:59 and the key code wouldn’t work. It was because we were one minute early! The unit was clean and looked as promised but the unit was 91 degrees at check in. We learned after we got there this unit has no air conditioning. We opened sliding doors and windows but these units are so close together air flow is as limited. We could not stay there as it was so hot. This is an upstairs unit. Other than providing an additional fan nothing else was offered. I would not rent with this company again.

Our listing does state that this property does not have A/C, though ceiling fans are provided throughout the home for comfort. We're sorry the additional fan we offered wasn't enough to make the space comfortable for you during your brief visit. Regarding arrival, our digital access codes are programmed to activate automatically at exactly 3:00 PM, and we apologize for the frustration with the timing when trying to enter. Beautiful stay

Fabulous location, super clean, and very comfortable beds. It was extremely sturdy especially for it being a second floor, it felt like we were ground level. Everything was walking distance, there was a beautiful beach less than a minute away, and they had a nice selection of beach supplies for use.

Spring Break fun!

Fantastic place! Great location, exceptionally clean, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach accessories! My teens had a great time on the beach and walking a short distance to the pier. Only wish the beds were a little softer but overall I would highly recommend…5 stars!

Amazing Location

Spent a long weekend here and highly recommend! The house was even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. Location could not be more perfect! Right off the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping! The management team is on top of it and quick to help with any questions.

Another Epic Beach Trip

We go every year and have tried multiple different types of properties over the years and this home and the service provided by Beach View Realty was by far the best. Beachview maintains a great, clean, and accurately advertised property. We will definitely be booking with them for next year's stay! Great job!

Great stay

Amazing place to stay and price was great. Only request is that there was no broom or vacuum in the unit. Living room ceiling fan didn't work. Minor things-otherwise a great stay and I would stay here again! Chairs and beach towels were included which was very nice!

This a beautiful spot in a great location.

This a beautiful spot in a great location. 4 very comfortable beds, in unit washer and dryer, garage for parking, lots of appliances and kitchen tools to use. Really nice fridge and freezer to store your food. One note though, be sure to double check that you have everything when checking out, I left a few personal items (eye glasses, power cord, electric toothbrush) and I contacted them right away, but the items must have been tossed out by the cleaning crew which is unfortunate. So double check before leaving and you will have a great stay.

Love the beach house!

Loved the property! So close to the beach and boardwalk. Loved having my bikes delivered! My only thing I didn’t catch is it’s an upper rental. People below an and we share a garage space. It was tricky the bottom rentals did not love we had multiple family bikes in garage. Tight to park. Next time I’ll prob make sure own space so we don’t infringe. Thanks!

Overall we had an amazing stay

This house is clean, well decorated and spacious! We loved the large living room and functional kitchen with lots of windows which created a nice breeze. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. You cannot beat the location! Steps away from the sand and Sanchos tacos is a couple blocks away! It is not ideal that they do not have A/C as it being an upper unit, the heat settles in the back bedrooms. Fans are available in the master closet which does help, but it takes a while for them to cool off after sundown. Overall we had an amazing stay in this beautiful home and appreciated the responsiveness of Beachview's staff!

Definitely a 5 star house

Beautiful place… close to beach.. fireplace does not work they should state that it's just for looks and that's it… It was very clean and beautiful. The beds were amazing! And tons of fans were supplied. And for locking the door no need for code just push the lock button that's it. I loved loved the place and would return in a heartbeat. Beachview Realty was a pleasure to work with. Beach house oh how I will miss you!
