We had a nice stay here. There was some issues with the internet and tv for about a day and a half that caused a problem for some in our party, but they did their best to fix the situation as fast and best they could. Everything else was advertised. Clean, good location.

This Newport Beach area house was wonderful for our family! Location was fantastic, home was clean and spacious, and beds were comfortable. The rental company was very responsive, and we would easily stay here again. While the house was a bit older and not as updated throughout as where we typically stay, its wonderful for this expensive location.

This unit has no AC. That was not clear based on the VRBO website. The dryer did not work. We saw cockroaches. The grill would not stay lit. Several of the stairs to the upstairs were cracked. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean upon arrival. There were flies in the house most of the time. The ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge did not work. Our experience was poor given what we paid.

We're also sorry for the other concerns you experienced and will share your feedback with our operations team for review. We regret that you had a poor experience with the home and hope you were still able to enjoy your time in Newport Beach. Kind regards, BVR
