Welcome to the West side of Oahu where the sunsets are amazing and the beaches are serene! The is one bedroom one bath condo is available for nightly rental. It has been recently painted, new countertops and appliances. Enjoy comfy and cozy views from this second floor unit. Safe, secure building and a beautiful beach. Building amenities include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area.

Located right on the beach, you will enjoy all this gem has to offer. Everything you need is here for you to enjoy your stay, Unit is fully equipped with linens, beach gear, kitchenware, etc. Unit has air conditioning (not central). Priced to fit your budget, it will have everything you need for your vacation.

Enjoy hiking trails, whale watching, fishing, dolphin tours right here on the West Coast. Near grocery, eateries, tennis, and much more!

Make Makaha your next vacation spot .... you wont regret it!

The view is absolutely beautiful, and it distracted from the state of repair of many of the items inside. Overall, it was a very pleasant and positive experience, and we were reluctant to leave.

Room was nice for the most part with a beautiful view. The biggest issue was the bugs. We came back from a day onthe town to roaches all over the kitchen and living space. We ended up killing roughly 8 but there were more that got away.

Beach view was amazing. Staff was very professional and extremely polite.Air conditioner keep the room very comfortable. The bay/cove was excellent for swimming and snorkeling. We will stay here again. 5 stars!

I really enjoyed being on the 2nd floor this time. The view was stunning. Felt like we where right on the beach from the balcony. I’ve stayed on the 6 floor my last visit, this view was a real treat. Mahalo

Lovely stay

Beautiful view and beach, dated accommodations but comfortable. Bed was comfortable and we appreciated the beach chairs and misc condiments in the kitchen. Homeless encampments on the way were larger than expected but they were not on beach by the unit.

Beautiful, breath taking and amazing view!!

We typically stay on the Waikiki side of the island when we visit Oahu, but we decided to stay away from the crowds and stay in the Makaha area. We were literally on the beachfront and had the best view. The unit was clean and we had all the things we needed for a great stay. The pull out bed was very comfortable and you could hear the ocean every night. We were a bit far from all the activities, but it was worth it. Our host was very accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time at this unit, but not our first time at the Hawaiian Princess Towers. The view does not disappoint. The proximity and remoteness of the beach are what keeps our family coming back to Makaha. This property, like many of them, is a bit dated but fully functional. The bedding and towels were clean and the AC works well. There were also a good amount of beach supplies (umbrella, 3 chairs, kids beach toys, etc). The pull out bed is expectedly not amazing, but worked fine for the kids. We would recommend this property for families who want a quieter, more private experience than downtown Honolulu offers.

Property location is awesome! Right on the beach. That being said, neighborhood is a little sketchy. About an hour away from Waikiki. Definitely not a resort stay. Unit needs to be completely renovated. AC not working properly. A little remodel and you would have an A rental unit.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the unit had a very strong musty smell. We also found personal clothing left in the bedroom dresser and linens still in the dryer, which made it feel unprepared for guests. There was even a dead bug on the bedside table!We arrived on Monday and were provided with only one key. I notified the contact that afternoon and was told an additional key would be available Tuesday; however, we did not receive the extra keys until late Wednesday afternoon.The ice machine did not work (only ice trays were available). There were peeling doors and floors throughout the unit. While I understand this is an older property, it should still be clean and properly maintained. There was noticeable dust on all fans and vents.Additionally, the bed and pull-out couch were very uncomfortable, and the majority of the blinds were missing, as shown in the photos below. (In the picture the blinds are closed all the way)Overall, we were very unhappy with our stay and would not choose to stay here again. Only redeeming quality was the view

On the beach

Property was right on the beach. There was a homeless camp on the property adjacent. Overall the property is a little rundown/dated, in my opinion. The local neighborhood left a little to be desired.

It was just what we needed for this trip. Quiet and right next to the water. We will definitely stay there again. It could use some upgrading on appliances but it was the best trip we’ve ever had so older appliances didn’t change that. Would recommend.

Lovely Getaway Location

The peacefulness and solitude of this lovely little beach condo cannot be beat, far from the hustle of Waikiki. The condo itself is pretty basic, yet offered everything we needed throughout our stay. Probably not for someone looking for a fancy/high end resort feeling place to stay, but that's not us : ) Would 100% stay here again.

The Views are Incredible

Incredible views and a mostly private beach. Building and condo itself is dated and needs some work and upgrades to get 4 or 5 stars. Regardless, I would stay here again for the views and the beach.

Nice Condo!

The room was great. parking and beach access was secure and excellent. Didn't want to stay in heavy traffic area of Waikiki or Honolulu and this place was perfect. it is a bit of a drive to get to Waikiki/Honolulu area but the scenery on the drive was perfect. Definitely worth it.

Waianae Hawaiian Princess Condo

We loved the stay. It was like visiting an older relative’s house. Outdated but everything in working order. Place was clean, had plates, kitchen supplies, beach chairs stuff for swimming. We had a beachfront view. It was beautiful. The staff of the building were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely book it again.
