Dette condo på midterste etage ved Hawaiian Princess leveres komplet med en spektakulær udsigt over solnedgangen fra Lanai. Lejligheden er blevet renoveret med det bedste af alt. Faciliteterne inkluderer et deluxe fuldt udstyret køkken med top-of-the-line apparater i rustfrit stål inklusive en konvektionsovn, kirsebærtræskabe, granitbordplader og en forhandlingsvaske i rustfrit stål. Badeværelset har en cherrywood forfængelighed komplimenteret med en kar vask. Det har også et walk-in bruser med accenter i blå perle granit, travertin reb og et brusebad panel komplet med vandrette kropsstråler. Soveværelset har en deluxe håndudskåret palmetræmøbler med en king-size seng med Hawaiian Quilt og shams. Stuen er indrettet i tropiske farver og rattans, der matcher kirsebærtræet i køkkenet. Det har en elegant og behagelig sovesofa i dronningstørrelse og endda en hvilestol til at slappe af og nyde at lytte til bølgerne eller se din yndlings sportsbegivenhed. Kathy was a great hostess and presented a great condo, as well as the property is wonderful with a great beach. The west side of the island is rough with poverty, but none of it troubled us and we were away from the thick of tourists.

Well stocked, comfortable main bed, comfortable pull out couch. Staff downstairs incredibly helpful. View from balcony beautiful. Easy access to a lovely beach. Nice pool for non-ocean swimming if desired. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels provided and very lovely and handy.

Graduation Celebration Trip

My husband, daughter, and granddaughter planned this trip for our granddaughters graduation trip. The property is located away from the busy tourist area and a very quiet beach, very nice beach also a pool, it was perfect for us! The owner communicates quickly when contacted. Bonus: Regular turtle sightings and occasional sealsI would like to suggest better pest control, also more plastic drink cups instead of glass.

Exceptional property

Great location right next to a great beach. Nice and cool all day in the unit. Appliances and amenities are excellent. Ping pong table in the common use area comes in handy. Thank you Kathy!

This condo was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable, with a great view of the beach/ocean from the balcony. Easy access to a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The beach was clean and not very crowded and the view was spectacular. We saw whales everyday. While there are a few homeless tents in the trees near the condo beach, it did not interfere with our enjoyment. This is the arid side of the island, but the area north at the state park is beautiful. The hike to the wildlife sanctuary (3 miles each way) was the best of our trip. Saw a monk seal on the beach by us---only 1200 in the world and at least 50 nesting albatross. The condo was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs.

Beautiful condo

Loved our condo! Beach was gorgeous. Location was too far from restaurants for us though. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

Awesome trip

Spent only a few nights here but it was fantastic. Probably the most ready to stay VRBO I've been to. The location is away from the more touristy parts of Hawaii and that was perfect for us. The beach at the property was beautiful and secluded. The unit has an amazing view for sunsets. The kitchen had everything we need so it really felt like a comfy place to have a dinner in. Overall awesome place and would highly recommend if you're looking for a spot away from the busy tourist heavy areas.

2nd Time at Kathy's Condo

Can't say enough about the fabulous time we spent. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Unbelievable view from the balcony. Feel peacefully asleep every night to the sound of ocean waves. The resort was secluded and the beach almost private. The apartment came with beach items to allow a comfortable day in the sun. Kathy is awesome. So easy to work with and quick to respond. Can't wait to book trip 3.

15 Year Anniversary Trip

We stayed here in July. Overall, we loved staying here & would stay here again if we visit Oahu again. The Condo: The condo is very nice, very clean & well appointed. We had everything we needed for the trip. The kitchen was appointed with all the large & small appliances needed to cook in the unit. The patio closet had two chairs & a beach umbrella stored inside. We used these a few times on the trip. My wife enjoyed eating breakfast, drinking coffee & reading on the patio each morning. The sunsets are beautiful, too. The king bed was comfy. At night, we would open the sliding glass doors & shut the screen doors & open the louvers to allow the breeze to cool the unit & hear the waves. The Location: We loved the location. It is away from the crowds of the Waikiki beach area. The trade off is that the condo is located 45-60 minutes from many of the locations we visited on our trip (Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, botanical gardens, Pillbox Hikes, Dole Plantation, & The North Shore). We rented a car & we are glad we did. Because we had so many places we wanted to see, we only spent one day at the condo, where we lounged around on the beach to relax. There are homeless camps in the area, but we NEVER felt unsafe. I believe these are working people who can not find affordable housing on the island. The Beach: The beach here is not crowded at all. During our stay, there were about 15-20 other people on the beach that I assume were people from this condo or the one next door.

Beautiful Quiet Beach

We rented this condo for my son and his new wife for their honeymoon as a gift. They loved it! The beach, the view, the condo. All of it. They had a fantastic honeymoon. They surged, snorkeled and were able to easily get around to different places for shopping and restaurants. There are some reviews that mention homelessness and safety issues once it gets dark but they never felt uncomfortable personally. Would definitely recommend especially if you’re not one for the big city and want less crowds.

Beachfront condo

Very nice property and gorgeous beach. Kathy the owner is super responsive and caring. Our only caution is that the homeless problem that’s throughout Hawaii seems particularly bad on Oahu’s west side. The public beaches are overrun with homeless, and once you leave the property be prepared for numerous posted signs warning about “high crime”. Doesn’t make for a relaxing vacation worrying about your car getting broken into, and no public beach use. Hawaii needs to do something before tourism is wiped out.

Lovely

We delighted in finding humpback whales with our binoculars while enjoying leisurely breakfasts on the lanai. The beach is beautiful.

West Side

The condo is wonderful. The view is to die for! Amenities as described. Beautiful beach. Would definitely stay here again just knowing this time that it is an hour to hour and half to get to everywhere from here. This was our fist time staying on Oahu. Owner was very quick in addressing the couple things we had questions on/or needed.

Absolutely Amazing!

The condo itself is incredibly comfortable. Everything you could need is there. The grocery store is 5 minutes down the road. The beach… oh the beach! It’s not crowded at all!! The water is beautiful and the waves are super fun! The sunsets are phenomenal and the pool/hot tub are excellent. 10/10 for this place for sure! Thank you for the early check in and late check out as well! Wonderful people and we hope to be back!

The Condo # 903 at The Hawaiian Priness.

This is my first time booking on VRBO Website. Very impressed with how easy it was to Book this Condo. We stayed From October 21-2022 to October 28-2022. We picked this Condo because it is not in the busy Hotel District. You can drive into Honollulu easily. The Condo Check in was easy. The staff and Security were Friendly. The Condo Complex was Quit. We were always able to find Parking in the Gated Condo Complex. The Condo was clean and well keep. The Air Conditioning in the Condo works well. The Condo has all the neccasary utinsles, towels and ect for your use. The Washer and Dryer was easy to use. We used it every day. The Ocean View is Spactacular. Listening to the Ocean Waves was relaxing. The Beach is so Nice. The Swimming Pool and Hot Tube is nice to use. You get beautiful Sun Sets from this Condo Location.

Awesome place, just be aware of the area

This place is beautiful! Very well appointed with paper products, ziplock bags, detergents - more than I expected. The sunsets are incredible and the beach was never crowded, usually only a few people on it and everyone was friendly. We saw at least one turtle every day! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen was great for eating in and saving a little cash. Do be aware, however, that Hawaii is struggling with homelessness and as of this writing most of them were on the west side. We were very caught off guard by this and almost turned around before ever reaching the Hawaiian Princess. At night you will see prostitution and drug deals as you drive down the main road. Once in the condo, we felt safe and secure. And as we talked with locals, we learned they are good kind people who are frustrated with the situation and what it is doing to their home. I would definitely stay here again, but I wish I had been given some forewarning so we would not have been so surprised. Hopefully this helps you. It is a beautiful place and the locals need your support.
